Abstract

The invention relates to a vehicle lashing system, comprising a telescopic lashing bar (9) intended to extend between two bearing surfaces of said vehicle, and at least one element sliding along said bar, bearing at the minus one lashing accessory and / or at least one element (10) for receiving a lashing accessory, and locking means (26), which can take an unlocked position, in which said sliding element can slide along of said bar (9), and a locked position, in which said element is immobilized with respect to said bar (9). Description

Vehicle lashing system, sliding element and corresponding lashing accessory.

1. Field of the invention

The invention relates to the field of securing and/or holding loads for transport, in particular transport in closed boxes (for example trucks, semi-trailers, vans, light commercial vehicles, etc.).

The invention relates more specifically to securing systems implementing removable securing and/or retaining bars or beams.

2. Prior Art

Securing devices are known in the field of transport in order to maintain a load or a set of loads installed in a vehicle box (semi-trailers, vans, etc.) during the movement of the vehicle. In particular, there are flexible securing devices, such as nets, straps or tensioners, and rigid securing systems, such as securing bars and beams.

In particular, two types of securing bars are known: bars provided with end pieces capable of cooperating with rails, and bars provided with pads not requiring such rails. An example of this second type of bar is described in patent document FR3042750.

Such bars can be used vertically or horizontally, placed between two walls. Thus, the bars can be installed between two horizontal rigid surfaces (for example the floor and the ceiling of the vehicle box) or between two vertical rigid surfaces (walls of the vehicle box) and placed against one or more loads in such a way as to prevent any movement. longitudinal or lateral or any reversal of these loads.

These bars are effective in delimiting space and holding bulky loads. However, they may prove to be insufficient in certain situations, for example when the objects or packages transported are numerous, and/or of variable and/or arbitrary shape and size. Operators are accustomed, in this case, to using additional means, for example straps or nets. However, the attachment of these additional means along the bars is not easy, and must in particular deal with slip phenomena.

Thus, these lashing bars are not fully adapted and effective, depending on the situation.

There is therefore a need to improve what already exists and in particular to implement a solution that makes it possible to further optimize spaces and secure the transport of objects and packages, regardless of their number, shape, size, weight...

In addition, there is a need for a solution that is both ergonomic, easy to use, efficient and reliable.

3. Disclosure of Invention

3.1 implementation of a sliding element on a bar

The invention therefore meets these needs at least in part by proposing a securing system for a vehicle, comprising a telescopic securing bar intended to extend between two support surfaces of said vehicle, characterized in that it comprises at least one sliding element along said bar, carrying at least one securing accessory and/or at least one element for receiving a securing accessory, and blocking means, able to adopt an unlocked position, in which said sliding element can slide along said bar, and a locked position, in which said element is immobilized with respect to said bar.

Thus, the invention proposes a new and inventive approach making it possible to solve at least in part the drawbacks of the prior art, by adding new functionalities to the known securing bars. These can receive one or more securing elements that can be moved along a bar, to be placed in the most suitable location according to needs. This securing element can, according to the embodiments, carry one or more securing accessories (ring or hook, for example, or even means for receiving another bar, a shelf, a basket, an angle...) or an element for receiving such an accessory, for example in the form of a rail capable of cooperating with the accessory for its maintenance.

Thus, the proposed lashing system makes it possible to precisely define the spaces and to provide attachment points in many positions, so as to implement lashing means that are adaptable according to needs.

Such a securing system also has the advantage of being adaptable whatever the type of vehicle, since it relies on bars and removable securing elements. Of course, this system can also implement rails and/or fixed attachment points in the vehicle.

This solution also has the advantage of being easy to use and ergonomic.

As mentioned previously, the sliding element can carry one or more securing accessories. According to a variant, or in addition, it may comprise a support element capable of receiving one or more securing accessories.

According to a particular implementation, said locking means comprise an actuating handle capable of moving a locking element between said unlocked position and said locked position.

This handle may in particular be rotatable. In a blocked position, preventing any displacement of the sliding element, the handle can press the blocking element against a surface of the bar, ensuring blocking by friction. In a variant, the blocking element can carry a bolt, capable of cooperating with a striker formed in the bar (a plurality of strikers being distributed on the bar, to define a plurality of positions for the sliding element).

According yet another aspect of at least one embodiment, the bar being of substantially rectangular section defining four sides, the sliding element comprises a first U-shaped portion, overlapping three sides of said bar, and a second flat portion, coming pressing against the fourth side of the bar, the first and second portions comprising reversible securing means.

This makes it possible to easily mount the sliding element on the bar, by assembling the first and second portions, and to separate the sliding element from the bar, by separating the first and second portions.

The first and second portions can in particular be assembled by sliding, using an assembly of tongues and grooves.

According implementations, and depending on the section of the bar in particular, the first U-shaped portion carries a rail capable of receiving one of the accessories on each of its three faces, or on one or two of its faces.

This makes it possible to implement a multitude of systems according to the invention.

According to a particular embodiment, said support element comprises at least one rail portion, capable of cooperating with a securing accessory comprising means for securing to said rail.

The rail portion may in particular have the same fastening characteristics as the rails arranged on the vehicle, to offer numerous stowage possibilities.

It can have only one striker, or several.

3.2 accessory that can be mounted on a sliding element

According to a particular aspect of the invention, when the sliding element is provided to receive at least one securing accessory that can be connected to a rail that can slide with respect to the rail and carrying at least one securing element, the rail comprises a bottom carrying at least one housing forming a striker, able to cooperate with a bolt carried by the accessory, and two lateral grooves, each able to receive a tenon carried by the accessory, the tenons extending in a plane perpendicular to the axis of said bolt, the accessory being able to assume two states with respect to the rail:

• a locked state, in which the bolt is registered in the at least one keeper; And
• a released state, in which the tenons are extracted from the grooves,

the transition from the locked state to the released state taking place by a rotation of approximately one-eighth of a turn around the axis of the said bolt, of rotation blocking means mounted on the accessory cooperating with the rail in the said locked state.

Thus, the proposed securing system allows the implementation of securing means, which will be secured to the accessories carried by the rails which are mobile and/or adaptable according to the needs of the user and the load he is transporting.

The accessories can be easily mounted or separated from the rail, by a simple manipulation (movement of approximately one eighth of a turn, i.e. of the order of 45°, in particular between 30 and 60° depending on the settings). work). No tool, nor any complex operation is required: the operator can carry out the assembly, the withdrawal as well as the displacement along the rail if necessary with only one hand.

Moreover, such a solution has the advantage of being reliable because the means implemented are relatively simple and not very prone to failure.

According to a first approach, the rotation blocking means comprise two movable pins in translation parallel to the axis of movement of the bolt, and:

- abutting against an upper edge of one of the grooves in the locked state; And

- being raised above the grooves, in the released state, so as to allow the rotation of the accessory.

These two pins, coming into abutment with the grooves, make it possible to ensure in a simple and effective way a locking in rotation of the accessory, which cannot therefore be separated from the rail, in the locked state.

According to a particular aspect, the accessory may comprise an actuating handle making it possible to pass from one state to another.

This handle is preferably configured so that it can be operated with one hand and with relatively little force.

According to a particular implementation, the transmission part may have the general shape of a U, the base of which is driven by the handle and/or a shaft carrying the bolt and the free ends of which each carry one of the pins.

According to the embodiments, this transmission part can for example be a one-piece element, or comprise two turned axes, carrying said pins, connected by a plate.

According to another aspect of at least one embodiment of the invention, the tenons can correspond to the two ends of a transverse blade carried by the accessory.

The fact that the tenons belong to the same part, and therefore that they are monobloc, can make it possible to limit mechanical fragility and/or to facilitate manufacturing. According to another approach, these tenons can be independent parts from one another.

According to another aspect of at least one embodiment of the invention, the tenons have an end edge extending parallel to the bottom of the corresponding groove and coming into contact with the latter, in said locked state.

This can make it possible to promote locking in position in the locked state.

According to a second approach of the invention, the accessory carries a plate whose two parallel locking edges come into abutment against an upper edge of one of the grooves respectively, in the locked state.

So, the plate can be moved along a shaft carrying the bolt, to pass from a locking position, corresponding to said locked state, to an unlocking position, corresponding to said released state, said plate being disengaged from the edges of said grooves.

According to another aspect of this second approach, the accessory may include return means, tending to bring the plate back into the locking position.

Thus, the accessory cannot be unlocked unexpectedly because the return means force it back into the locking position, in the absence of action by an operator on the plate.

According to a particular characteristic of this second approach, the plate may have at least one gripping element, for example two gripping wings extending from the edges perpendicular to the locking edges.

Such gripping wings are easily manipulated with one hand, which facilitates use.

According to another particular characteristic of this second approach, said shaft can be free to rotate other than its axis. Thus, a ring or a hook carried by this shaft is also free to rotate, which facilitates its use.

According to a particular embodiment, adaptable to both approaches, the accessory carries two parallel clevises each carrying at least one slot capable of receiving a screw, a shaft or a key.

Different elements can thus be mounted on the accessory, for example a grab bar, a shelf, a basket, etc., but also a flexible element such as a strap or a net.

According to another particular embodiment, also adaptable to both approaches, the accessory carries at least one ring and/or at least one hook.

According to another characteristic of at least one embodiment, the accessory carries an angle iron, or a plate, having a flat bearing surface.

This can be placed horizontally or vertically, or even inclined (the angle iron and/or the accessory can allow adjustment of the inclination) along an object or a package.

According to various implementations, the accessory carries at least one of the securing and/or transport means belonging to the group comprising:

- support and/or blocking bars;

- baskets ;

- the shelves ;

- nets;

- the straps.

According to yet another aspect of at least one embodiment, the rail receiving the accessory may have a plurality of latches, defining a plurality of positions for the accessory.

It is thus possible to choose a precise position, corresponding to one of the latches, for the accessory, and therefore to have an adaptable and effective securing system, according to the loads to be transported.

According to the embodiment, said bolt and said latch(s) may for example be of circular or square section.

According a particular implementation, the rail has a bottom groove receiving a blade having a series of slots forming the latches.

This allows easier manufacture of the rails. These can be profiles, in metal or plastic, which do not need to be reworked to define the strikers. These are formed in a metal blade, for example steel or aluminum, which is then inserted into the groove provided for this purpose.

The invention also relates to the sliding elements as well as the accessories implemented in a system as described above.

5. Detailed description of embodiments of the invention

5.0. General principle of the invention

The invention relates to an improvement in tie-down systems for vehicles, implementing one or more removable and telescopic tie-down or holding bars, for example of the type described in patent document FR3042750.

According to the invention, such a bar can receive a sliding element, carrying at least one securing accessory and/or at least one element for receiving a securing accessory.

Thereafter, we describe the example of an element equipped with rails, or rail portions, which can themselves receive securing accessories. Examples of such accessories are also described. In variants of the invention, securing means can be mounted directly on the sliding element (for example one or more rings or hooks, permanently or removable).

According to various implementations, the accessories can carry at least one of the securing and/or transport means belonging to the group comprising:

- the support bars;

- baskets ;

- fillets.

The invention is based in particular on the fact that the sliding element makes it possible to place, where this is useful along the bar, one or more securing accessories, and therefore to define an installation specifically adapted to each situation and each need. , this installation being easily modifiable and scalable.

5.1. Lashing or holding bar, telescopic

As mentioned in the preamble, several types of securing bars are known. The Applicant has in particular developed a bar whose installation mechanism is particularly efficient. This is described in particular in the patent document FR3042750, and marketed under the designation “Ergobar”.

This load securing bar is a skid bar. The same approach can also be implemented on a bar with end caps, able to cooperate with rails provided for this purpose, to ensure the locking of the bar once mounted between the rails, or even on a "mixed" bar, comprising a tip at one end and a pad at the other.

The load securing bar comprising a main shaft against which two elements slide, each associated with return means, for example helical springs, of different and adapted stiffnesses:

• on the one hand a first sliding element is associated with "flexible" return means;
• on the other hand, a second sliding element is associated with "hard" return means, which have a greater stiffness than the "soft" return means.

Thanks to this specific bar structure with double return means, it is possible to install the bar in two stages between the walls of a vehicle.

In the first stage (installation), the bar is placed between the support surfaces. To do this, the user moves the first sliding element in translation relative to the main shaft, by actuating the "soft" return means, without the "hard" return means being compressed. This has the effect of reducing the total height of the bar. This installation of the bar does not require the application of a significant force, and can for example be ensured using one hand. Thus, the user can easily set up the bar with one hand.

In a second step (locking), the bar is locked in position. To do this, the user moves the second sliding element in translation relative to the main shaft, and activates the "hard" return means, using a locking handle that he manipulates with his second hand. In this locking phase, the second sliding element (and the "flexible" return means) are locked in translation. This locking of the bar requires the application of an always identical force from one time to the next, since the "hard" means of return have not been "pre-compressed" during the first time.

In a first state of installation, or positioning, the bar is positioned between the walls of the vehicle, but is not locked. The action of the "flexible" means of return is enough to exert sufficient pressure on the walls to keep the bar in position.

In a second state, locked, the bar is locked in position between the walls of the vehicle. The "hard" means of return are compressed, which has the effect of increasing the pressure exerted on the walls of the vehicle. The bar can no longer be moved without it being unlocked.

The uninstallation is done symmetrically. The handle makes it possible to pass from the locked state to the installation state, in which the bar remains held between the two walls, thanks to the second return means and the second slider. With one hand, the operator can act on the second slider and compress the second return means, to remove the securing bar.

The section of this bar can in particular be square or rectangular.

5.3 sliding element

According to the invention, this bar can be equipped with one or more sliding elements, preferably easily detachable from the bar.

In the embodiment illustrated in Figures 1 to 3, the removable telescopic bar 9 is of substantially rectangular section defining four sides, and the sliding element 14 comprises a first U-shaped portion 140, and capable of overlapping three sides of this bar 9, and a second flat portion 141 closing the sliding element and pressing against the fourth side of this bar 9.

As illustrated, the first 140 and second 141 portions comprise reversible fastening means, making it possible to mount the sliding element 14 on said bar 9, by assembling the first 140 and second 141 portions, and to separate the sliding element 14 from the bar 9, separating the first 140 and second 141 portions.

In this embodiment, to pass from an assembly to a separation of the first 140 and second 141 portions, these first 140 and second 141 portions are assembled by sliding, using an assembly of tongues 1410 and grooves 1400 Other types of assembly (clipping, screwing, etc.) can be implemented.

To pass from a locked position (no sliding along the bar) to an unlocked position (possible sliding along the bar), the sliding element according to this embodiment comprises locking means 26, which can take a unlocked position, in which the sliding element 14 can slide along the bar 9, and a locked position, in which the element 14 is immobilized with respect to the bar 9.

These locking means 26 here comprise an actuating handle 260 movable in rotation on said second portion capable of moving a locking element 261 between the unlocked position and said locked position.

In this embodiment, the blocking element consists of a parallelepipedic friction element 261 which is guided in translation by the movement of the handle 260 and which comes to force, in the blocked position, on the removable bar 9 so that the system is held to the removable bar 9 by friction. A bolt and keeper mechanism, identical to or distinct from that previously described, can also be implemented, the friction element 261 then forming a bolt.

The first U-shaped portion 240 can carry, on one, two or three of its faces depending on the implementation, securing accessories, or means for receiving such removable securing accessories.

Thus, in the illustrated embodiment, the three faces carry accessory receiving means, hereinafter called rail or rail portion, for holding each having a striker plate, making it possible to mount an accessory on three of the sides of the bar receiving the sliding element. In variants, in particular depending on the section of the bar, only one or two rails can be provided.

5.4 Track carrying a striker

We now present, in relation to FIG. 4, an example of a guide rail according to one embodiment of the invention.

As illustrated in this figure, the rail 1 comprises a bottom carrying a housing forming a striker plate 10, capable of cooperating with a bolt carried by an accessory.

More particularly, in this embodiment, the structure of the rail 1 has a bottom groove receiving a blade 13 having a slot (or a blind hole) forming the striker plate 10. Of course, the rail can also be made from a single piece.

The keeper is, here, of circular section. However, one could provide an embodiment in which it is of a different shape, in particular of square section. More generally, one could provide an embodiment in which the keeper has a rectangular, triangular, oval shape, etc.

As visible in Figure 4, the rail 1 further comprises two lateral grooves 11, each capable of receiving a tenon carried by the accessory.

Here, these two lateral grooves 11 are provided opposite and in a plane parallel to the plane of evolution of the blade 13, above this blade. The lower edge 111 (closest to the bottom) of the groove extends above the blade 13, so as to hold it. The upper edge 110 extends less far than the lower edge, so as to allow the passage of the tenons of the accessory, as described below.

On the sliding element of Figures 1 to 3, three rails are provided, on three distinct faces. They can be formed in the same room, or be added. In particular, they can be cut from a section (in particular a section receiving a blade 10).

It should be noted that such a section can be mounted directly on the vehicle, and if necessary on another type of removable telescopic bar, to form a rail having several latches, so as to increase the number of reception points of an accessory.

5.5 First embodiment of an accessory cooperating with the rail

We now present, in relation to FIGS. 5 to 12, a first embodiment of an attachment accessory 2 for the securing system according to one embodiment of the invention, which can be attached to one of the rails of the sliding element (and if necessary also to fixed rails).

According to this embodiment of the invention, this accessory 2 can assume three states (the unlocked state being optional) with respect to rail 1:

• a locked state (Figure 10), in which the bolt 20 is registered in one of the strikers 10;
• an unlocked state (FIG. 11), allowing the accessory 2 to slide in a rail which would have several latches (use on a very long rail, in particular fixed to the body of the vehicle, and not on a sliding element as described below above, which provides only one keeper per rail, and therefore does not require sliding), the bolt 20 being lifted above the keeper 10 facing each other, and the tenons 21 being held in the grooves 11 ;
• a released state (FIG. 12), in which the tenons 21 are extracted from the grooves 11.

To pass from the locked (or unlocked) state to the released state, it is necessary to apply a rotation of approximately 45 degrees around the axis of movement of the bolt 20, rotation blocking means mounted on the accessory 2 cooperating with the rail 1 in the locked and unlocked states.

As illustrated in Figures 5 to 12, the accessory 2 may have a substantially parallelepipedic shape.

On a securing face, corresponding to a face which comes opposite the rail in the locked and unlocked states, the accessory 2 has the end of a bolt 20, mobile in this embodiment.

Here, the bolt 20 has a circular cross-section so as to be able to cooperate with the opposite latches. However, and as for the strikers, one can provide an embodiment in which the bolt would be of a different shape, adapted to the shape of the strikers.

The accessory 2 also comprises two tenons 21 extending in a plane perpendicular to the axis of movement D of the bolt 20 (and parallel to the bottom of the rail, in the locked and unlocked states).

In this embodiment, the tenons 21 correspond to the two ends of a transverse blade 29 carried by the accessory 2, on its joining face. It extends diagonally on this face and has in its center an orifice in which the bolt 20 slides.

This blade 29 has two triangular ends forming the tenons 21. The two sides of this triangle forming a point are parallel to the main edges of the accessory.

The studs can also be two separate elements.

As illustrated, particularly in Figures 5 and 6, the tenons 21 have an end edge 210 extending parallel to the bottom of the corresponding groove 11.

These end edges 210 come into contact with the bottom of the groove, in the locked and unlocked states (visible in FIGS. 10 and 11).

The accessory 2 also comprises rotation locking means. These locking means here comprise two pins 220 movable in translation parallel to the axis of movement of the bolt 20, and:

- Coming into abutment against the upper edge 110 of one of the grooves 11 respectively, in the locked and unlocked states; And

- being raised above the grooves 11, in the released state, so as to allow the rotation of the accessory 2.

These pins 220 are carried by the free ends of a transmission part 24, allowing them to be moved away from the rail. This transmission part 24 has, in this embodiment, a general U-shape, the base 241 of which extends above the inner end (opposite the outer end, cooperating with the latches) of the bolt 20 , so that a movement of the bolt causes this U-shaped part, to allow the release of the pins.

The transmission part 24 shown is a one-piece part. Alternatively, it may be formed of two turned pins, carrying said pins, connected by a plate.

Furthermore, in variants, the movement of this transmission part can be decorrelated from that of the bolt.

As illustrated in the figures, the pins 220 are here each surrounded by a seal making it possible to limit friction between the pins and their housing.

In order to pass from one state to another, the accessory 2 comprises an actuating handle 23 driving the base of the transmission part 24.

This handle 23 is rotatably mounted around an axis Δ which is perpendicular to the axis of movement of the bolt 20, and passes through the latter. The handle 23 comprises a gripping part 231 mounted on two rods 232 themselves mounted on a shaft 233 passing through the bolt 20 and extending along the axis Δ.

By correspondence with the state of the accessory 2 relative to the rail, the handle 23 can take at least three positions:

• a locking position (FIG. 10), called the low position, corresponding to the locked state of the accessory 2 with respect to the rail 1, in which the handle is in abutment and extends substantially parallel to the bottom of the rail;
• an intermediate unlocking position (figure 11), corresponding to the unlocked state of the accessory 2 relative to the rail 1, in which the handle is partially raised relative to the low position. The bolt 20 is lifted above the latches 10, at an intermediate level, which allows the accessory to slide along the rail, and the two pins 220 remain held in abutment against the two grooves 11 (the transmission part is not moved, or only slightly moved), which prevents rotation and therefore separation of the accessory from the rail;
• a release position (Figure 12), corresponding to the released state of the accessory 2 relative to the rail 1, in which the handle is raised to an upper position. The bolt 20 is always lifted above the latches 10, at a release level beyond the intermediate level, and the two pins 220 are disengaged above the two grooves 11, by the upward movement of the piece of transmission 24, allowing the rotation of the accessory, and therefore its separation from the rail.

As illustrated in the various figures, the accessory carries two parallel yokes 26 each carrying at least one slot 260 capable of receiving a shaft, a screw or a key.

These two yokes 26 are placed opposite each other, and extend orthogonally to the joining face. The lights 260 are here aligned parallel to the rail, and along an axis parallel to the axis ∆ of rotation of the handle 23. Other orientations are of course possible, as well as a possibility of adjusting the position of these yokes , relative to the body of the accessory.

The lights can receive a shaft, a screw, a key, etc. allowing connection with any means suitable for stowing or transport (bar, shelf, basket, angles, hooks, rings, straps, nets, etc.). In addition, the clevises can be replaced by other attachment elements (hooks, rings, etc.) or be combined with these.

For example, one can provide an embodiment in which the accessory carries an angle iron 28 (illustrated more particularly in Figures 16 and 17), having a flat bearing surface.

We present more precisely below, in relation to figures 8 to 12, the three states taken by the accessory 2 with respect to the rail 1.

locked state

Figures 8 and 10 illustrate the accessory 2 in a locked state relative to the rail 1, state in which the bolt 20 is inscribed in one of the strikers 10.

In this state, and as more particularly visible in Figure 10, the handle 23 is lowered into a locking position, and is in a plane substantially parallel to the plane of movement of the rail 1. The pins 220 are also in abutment against an upper edge 110 of the respective grooves 11.

Here, the accessory 2 is installed substantially in the axis of the rail 1. In other words, the planes defined by the yokes 26 extend in directions substantially parallel to the axis of the rail 1.

Unlocked state

FIG. 11 illustrates the accessory 2 in an unlocked state with respect to the rail 1, a state in which the bolt 20 is lifted above the striker plate 10 facing each other at an intermediate level, and the pins 220 are held in abutment against the grooves 11.

The pins 220 are held in abutment against the respective grooves 11 because the transmission part is not fully raised, being blocked by the position of the handle 23.

In this state, and as more particularly visible in figure 11, the handle 23 is partially lifted in an unlocked position, and is in an inclined plane with respect to the plane of movement of the rail 1.

Here, accessory 2 is still held in rail 1 and its orientation relative to it is unchanged, compared to the locked state.

In this position, the accessory 2 can slide along the rail 1, for example to come opposite another latch, but remains attached to the rail.

As mentioned previously, this state is not necessary in the application to the sliding element according to the invention, but is of interest in other applications.

liberated state

As for Figures 9 and 12, they illustrate the accessory 2 in a released state with respect to the rail 1, state in which the bolt 20 is lifted above the latches 10, at a release level beyond the intermediate level, and in which the two pins 220 are disengaged above the two grooves 11.

In this state, and as more particularly visible in FIG. 12, the handle 23 is in a release position, that is to say it is fully lifted so as to disengage the transmission part 24 and consequently to disengage the two pins above the grooves.

Here, and as visible in Figure 9, the accessory 2 is pivoted relative to the rail 1 by an angle substantially equal to 45 degrees. In this way, accessory 2 can be moved and be completely free of rail 1.

The accessory 2 can be made of one or more plastic or metallic materials, resistant to the mechanical forces that it may have to undergo.

5.6 Second embodiment of an accessory cooperating with the rail

We now present, in relation to Figures 13 to 15, a second embodiment of an accessory for the securing system of the invention.

As with the first embodiment, the securing system according to the second embodiment illustrated in these figures comprises a retaining rail 1 and an accessory 2'. The rail can be identical to that already described, so that the accessories of the two embodiments can cohabit.

The latches 10 can thus cooperate with a bolt 20 carried by the accessory 2', and two lateral grooves 11, each capable of receiving a stud 21 carried by the accessory 2', the studs 21 extending in a plane perpendicular to the axis of movement of the bolt 20.

This 2’ accessory can assume two states with respect to rail 1:

• a locked state, in which the bolt 20 is registered in one of the latches 10;
• a released state, in which the tenons 21 are extracted from the grooves 11.

To pass from the locked state to the released state, it is necessary to apply a rotation of approximately 45 degrees around the axis of the bolt 20, to rotation blocking means cooperating with the rail 1 in the locked state.

In this embodiment, there is no intermediate unlocked state, and the bolt is fixed, relative to the accessory. The locking means comprise a plate 25, two parallel locking edges 250 of which come into abutment against one of the upper edges 110 of each of the grooves 11 respectively, in the locked state.

The plate 25 has a substantially rectangular shape in top view, the two facing locking edges 250 being spaced apart by a distance corresponding substantially to the width of the rail 1 delimited by the upper edges of the grooves, so that , when these edges 250 are in contact with the upper edges of the grooves (the underside of the plate then resting on the lower edges of the groove).

In order for the accessory to be able to pass from one state to another, the plate 25 is movable in translation and in rotation along a shaft 20' carrying, or forming, the bolt 20. To pass from the locking position, corresponding to the locked state of the accessory 2' relative to the rail 1, to an unlocked position, corresponding to the released state of the accessory 2' relative to the rail 1, the plate 25 must be disengaged from the edges of said grooves.

So as to facilitate movement of the plate 25 by a user, the plate 25 may have gripping means, here in the form of two gripping wings 251 extending from the edges perpendicular to the edges 250 for blocking.

In other words, the plate 25 has, on its periphery formed of four sides, an alternation of locking edges and gripping wings.

Thus, accessory 2' can assume two states with respect to rail 1:

• a locked state, in which the bolt 20 is inscribed in one of the latches 10, and in which the plate 25 is in a blocking position, in the vicinity of the tenons 21;
• a released state, in which the tenons 21 are extracted from the grooves 11, the plate 25 being partially raised along the shaft.

In this embodiment, the accessory 2 'comprises return means 200, tending to bring back and maintain the plate 25 in said locking position, and opposing the release operation, which therefore requires a sufficient force applied on the plate by an operator.

Here, these return means are implemented in the form of a spring wound around the shaft 20' carrying the bolt 20, between the plate and a platform 26' mounted on the shaft 20' opposite the end carrying the bolt 20.

The shaft 20' here carries a slot in which is placed a ring 27 making it possible to secure loads or flexible securing devices (net or strap for example). The shaft, and therefore the ring, are free to rotate.

According to a variant of this embodiment, the accessory could also carry a hook instead of or alongside the ring, and more generally any means for attaching or receiving another securing or holding element. .

It would also be possible to provide an embodiment in which, instead of or alongside the platform 26', the accessory 2' carries one or more parallel yokes each carrying at least one slot 260 able to receive a shaft, a screw or a key, similar to the first embodiment.

5.7. Examples of implementations

We present, in relation to Figures 16 to 19, four examples of implementations of the securing system according to one of the embodiments presented above, within a vehicle.

Figure 16 illustrates part of a vehicle equipped with two removable telescopic tie-down bars 9, mounted in a transverse direction of the vehicle, respectively on vertical and horizontal rails.

One of the removable bars carries a sliding element 14 on which is mounted an accessory carrying an angle iron 28, allowing, in cooperation with the two bars, to immobilize a package.

As illustrated by arrows F1 and F2, the removable bars can also be moved in translation in rails secured to the structure of the vehicle, and the angle iron can be moved along arrow F3.

Figure 17 illustrates another implementation, in which a removable securing bar 9 is mounted in the vertical direction. This removable bar also carries a sliding element 14 on which is mounted an accessory carrying an angle iron 28 that can be moved along the arrow F4.

In this way, the angle iron 28 prevents a package from moving over the entire interior surface of the vehicle by blocking it in a vertical direction.

Figure 18 illustrates yet another embodiment in which the vehicle is equipped with two removable tie-down bars 9, mounted vertically.

Each of these two removable bars 9 carries two sliding elements 14 on which accessories are mounted, at the rate of one accessory per sliding element in this case.

As illustrated in this figure, each sliding element 14 is placed opposite a sliding element placed on the neighboring securing bar.

In this way, it is possible to fix baskets, or bins, connected at two points, namely one point per lashing bar.

These baskets can also, as illustrated in this embodiment, be connected to the structure of the vehicle, directly to the rails, if they are equipped with suitable fastening means, or by means of accessories 2 as previously described.

The displacement of the sliding elements fitted to the bars (arrows F5 and F6) can make it possible to tilt the baskets, to facilitate their loading or unloading.

Finally, Figure 19 illustrates yet another embodiment in which the vehicle does not include a removable tie-down bar.

Here, the retaining rails 1 each carry a securing accessory, here an accessory 2′ according to the second illustrated embodiment, therefore having a ring. As shown, a net is connected to these rings.

In this way, the load transported by the vehicle is kept within a certain volume. The operator can move the net by moving the accessories (arrows F7), for example to reduce the space in which packages are placed, as deliveries are made, by moving the net towards the bottom. Conversely, the net could be placed on the other side of the packages, so that these are always placed close to the opening.

Of course, nets could be provided on either side of the packages. One or more nets could extend at least partly horizontally, to cover and hold the packages. These could also be held against a side wall.

More generally, it is understood that the invention makes it possible to place securing accessories in numerous locations, making it possible to adapt the implementation of flexible elements (nets, tarpaulins, straps, turnbuckles, etc.) and/or rigid elements (bars , baskets, shelves, etc.) depending on the needs of the operators and the type of objects transported.

Claims (13)

Securing system for a vehicle, comprising a telescopic securing bar (9) intended to extend between two support surfaces of said vehicle,
characterized in that it comprises at least one element (14) sliding along said bar, carrying at least one securing accessory (2, 2') and/or at least one element (10) for receiving a lashing accessory,
and blocking means (26), capable of adopting an unblocked position, in which said sliding element (14) can slide along said bar (9), and a blocked position, in which said element (14) is immobilized with respect to to said bar (9). Securing system according to Claim 1, characterized in that the said sliding element (14) comprises at least one rail portion (1), capable of cooperating with a securing accessory (2, 2') comprising securing means to said track. System according to claim 1, characterized in that said locking means (26) comprise an actuating handle (260) able to move a locking element (261) between said unlocked position and said locked position. System according to claim 1, characterized in that, said bar (9) being of substantially rectangular section defining four sides, said sliding element (14) comprises a first U-shaped portion (140), overlapping three sides of said bar, and a second flat portion (141), coming to press against the fourth side of said bar (9), said first (140) and second (141) portions comprising means (1400, 1410) for reversible securing. System according to Claim 4, characterized in that the said first (140) and second (141) portions are assembled by sliding, using an assembly of tongues (1410) and grooves (1400). System according to claim 4, characterized in that said first U-shaped portion (140) carries a rail (1) capable of receiving one of said accessories (2, 2') on one, two or three faces. Securing system according to Claim 2, characterized in that the said rail portion (1) comprises a bottom carrying at least one housing forming a striker plate (10), capable of cooperating with a bolt (20) carried by the said accessory (2, 2'), and two lateral grooves (11), each capable of receiving a stud (21) carried by said accessory (2, 2'), said studs (21) extending in a plane perpendicular to the axis of said bolt (20),
said accessory (2, 2') being able to assume at least two states with respect to said rail (1):

• a locked state, in which said bolt (20) is registered in one of said latches (10); And
• a released state, in which said tenons (21) are extracted from said grooves (11),

the transition from said locked state to said released state taking place by a rotation of approximately one-eighth of a turn around said axis of said bolt (20), of rotation blocking means mounted on said accessory (2, 2') cooperating with said rail (1) in said locked state. Securing system according to Claim 7, characterized in that the said rotation blocking means comprise two pins (220) movable in translation parallel to the axis of movement of the said bolt (20), and:
- abutting against an upper edge (110) of one of said grooves (11) respectively, in said locked state; And
- being raised above said grooves (11), in said released state, so as to allow the rotation of said accessory (2). System according to claim 7, characterized in that said accessory (2') carries a plate (25) of which two parallel locking edges (250) come into abutment against one of said upper edge (110) of one of said grooves (11 ) respectively, in said locked state. System according to claim 1, characterized in that said sliding element and/or said accessory (2, 2') carries at least one of the securing and/or transport means belonging to the group comprising:
- support and/or blocking bars;
- baskets ;
- the shelves ;
- nets;
- the straps. Sliding element of a system according to any one of claims 1 to 10, intended to be mounted on a removable bar, characterized in that it carries at least one securing accessory and/or at least one receiving element a stowage accessory, and locking means, able to adopt an unlocked position, in which said sliding element can slide along said bar, and a locked position, in which said element is immobilized with respect to said bar. Sliding element according to Claim 11, characterized in that it carries at least one rail portion capable of receiving a securing accessory. Accessory (2, 2') of a system according to any one of Claims 7 to 9, characterized in that it comprises a bolt (20), capable of cooperating with the or one of the latches (10) of the said rail ( 1), and two tenons (21) extending in a plane perpendicular to the axis of movement of said bolt (20), adapted to cooperate with the grooves (11) of said rail (1).
