L’invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage et d’éclairage (1), notamment destiné à être installé à l’intérieur d’un habitacle d’un véhicule, notamment d’un véhicule automobile, comprenant : une structure lumineuse (10) capable d’émettre une lumière visible,une structure chauffante (50) comportant : au moins une couche résistive agencée pour produire de la chaleur lorsque cette couche est parcourue par un courant électrique, cette couche résistive étant réalisée dans un matériau capable de laisser passer de la lumière émise par la structure lumineuse (10), au moins deux électrodes de distribution, lesdites électrodes de distribution étant en contact électrique avec la couche résistive de manière à permettre à un courant électrique de circuler à travers la couche résistive entre ces deux électrodes.
