Abstract

Procédé et système de solidification d’un gaz à la pression atmosphérique La présente invention concerne un système de solidification (2) d’un gaz (Cg) comportant :- un premier compresseur (22) apte à recevoir le gaz (Cg) à la pression atmosphérique et à le fournir à une pression supérieure en entrée d’un deuxième compresseur,- un échangeur thermique (32) configuré pour refroidir le gaz (Cg) comprimé par le deuxième compresseur (26), et le liquéfier, - des moyens de détente (38, 42) du liquide obtenu, comportant une première valve d’expansion (38) générant une phase liquide (φl) et une phase gazeuse (φg1) de pression supérieure à la pression atmosphérique, et une dernière valve d’expansion (42) en sortie de la première valve d’expansion (38), générant une phase solide (φs) et une phase gazeuse (φg2) à la pression atmosphérique, à partir de la phase liquide (φl), la phase gazeuse (φg1) de pression supérieure à la pression atmosphérique étant recyclée en entrée du deuxième compresseur (26).  (figure 2)Method and system for solidifying a gas at atmospheric pressure The present invention relates to a system (2) for solidifying a gas (Cg) comprising: - a first compressor (22) capable of receiving the gas (Cg) at atmospheric pressure and supplying it at a higher pressure at the inlet of a second compressor, - a heat exchanger (32) configured to cool the gas (Cg) compressed by the second compressor (26), and liquefy it, - means (38, 42) for expanding the liquid obtained, comprising a first expansion valve (38) generating a liquid phase (φl) and a gaseous phase (φg1) of pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, and a last expansion valve (42) at the outlet of the first expansion valve (38), generating a solid phase (φs) and a gaseous phase (φg2) at atmospheric pressure, from the liquid phase (φl), the gaseous phase (φg1) of pressure higher than atmospheric pressure atmospheric being recycled at the inlet of the second compressor (26).
