Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication d'une pale (10, 12) d'hélice, ladite pale comprenant une enveloppe externe (26) et une cavité interne (32). Le procédé comprend une étape de premier dépôt d'un matériau (22) par couches successives sur un support (18), de sorte à définir une section de l'enveloppe externe et de parois (30) de la cavité interne. Le procédé comprend ensuite les étapes suivantes : - assemblage du matériau déposé (22) avec un insert (34) au contact d'une extrémité de la cavité interne, de sorte à fermer ladite cavité interne ; puis - second dépôt de matériau (33) par couches successives, de sorte à enrober entièrement l'insert avec le matériau déposé. L'invention se rapporte en outre à une pale d'hélice ainsi obtenue.
