Abstract

Ce procédé de fabrication d'une boucle fermée de fil de découpe comporte : - la fabrication (30) d'un fil de découpe comportant une âme centrale s'étendant continûment entre deux extrémités libres, cette âme centrale présentant une résistance à la traction supérieure à 1400 MPa, - le soudage (50) ensemble des deux extrémités libres pour former la boucle fermée de fil de découpe, dans lequel: - la fabrication du fil de découpe comporte la réalisation (32) de l'âme centrale dans un matériau soudable à l'état solide, et - le soudage (50) est une opération de soudage à l'état solide comportant l'écrasement, à une température inférieure à la température de fusion du matériau de l'âme centrale, de l'une des extrémités libres sur l'autre de ses extrémités libres jusqu'à ce que les deux extrémités s'interpénètrent et ne forment plus qu'un seul bloc de matière uniforme.
