Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de contrôle du déroulement d'un cycle de fonctionnement d'un moteur à combustion interne comprenant au moins un cylindre (14) à l'intérieur duquel coulisse un piston (10) entre des positions extrêmes hautes (PMH) et basses (PMB), un embiellage (18) reliant le piston à deux vilebrequins (16a, 16b) de sens de rotation (R), un système de distribution (36) pour au moins une soupape d'admission (38) et au moins une soupape d'échappement (40), ce cycle comprenant une phase de détente avec une course (D1) du piston plus grande que celle (C1) de la phase de compression selon un intervalle d'angle de vilebrequin de détente (VD1) plus grand que celui de la phase de compression.
