Abstract
Description
LA HOUSSE D'INJECTION La présente invention concernée est une housse d'injection (1) pour des accessoires( 4) de raccordement de câbles (7) électriques de type souterrain. Actuellement l'habillage des accessoires (4)se fait à l'aide de multiples rouleaux de ruban adhésifs (5) (environ 4 rouleaux d'étanchéité + 2 rouleaux de maintien). La valve d'injection(2) et les valves d'évents(3) sont elles aussi maintenues par de multiples tours de ruban adhésif(5) avant de procéder à l'injection de la résine(6). Cette technique ne garantit pas à 100% l'étanchéité. Le dispositif se compose d'un ensemble de valves d'injection (2) et de valves d'évent (3), soudées sur une housse plastique(1). Les valves (2),(3) font partie intégrale de la housse d'injection (1). Les valves (2),(3) sur la housse d'injection (1) seront espacées de façon à ce que la pose du ruban adhésif d'étanchéité(5) soit possible. La housse d'injection (1) correspondra à la grosseur de l'accessoire (4) déterminé par la section des câbles (7) utilisés. Le dispositif selon l' invention permet de réaliser l'habillage de l'accessoire (4) en utilisant qu'un seul rouleau de ruban adhésif d'étanchéité(5). Les valves (2) (3) faisant partie intégrale de la housse d'injection(1), on évite les multiples tours de ruban adhésif (5)pour les rendre étanches. De même la housse d'injection (1)garantit une meilleure étanchéité grâce à l'uniformité de sa surface. Les dessins annexes illustrent l' invention: La figure 1 : Pose de la housse d'injection(1) sur l'accessoire. La figure 2 : Maintenir la housse(1) après centrage de celle-ci. La figure 3 : Tout en maintenant la partie posée dessus, rabattre la partie inférieure pour envelopper l'accessoire(4). La figure 4 : Rubaner le tout avec le ruban adhésif d'étanchéité (5) (une seule couche à demi recouvrement suffit) La figure 5 : Injection de la résine (6). La housse d'injection (1) aura des dimensions correspondant à la grosseur de l'accessoire (4)déterminé par la section des câbles (7)utilisés. Le dispositif selon l' invention est particulièrement destiné à limiter : - Le nombre d'étapes de fabrication d'une jonction, tangente ou double tangente à partir de rubans adhésifs (5). - Les risques de fuites dus à la fabrication. - Les efforts de l'opérateurThe present invention is an injection cover (1) for accessories (4) for connecting cables (7) electric underground type. In the same way the injection cover (1) guarantees a better seal thanks to the uniformity of its surface.
