Abstract

On présente un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce comprenant de l'aluminium, lequel comprend une étape de frittage sélectif par laser d'un mélange comprenant : une poudre de polymère pour former la matrice, une poudre d'un alliage d'aluminium quasi-cristallin, et une poudre d'un premier composé de renfort formant un angle de contact avec une goutte de polymère posée à sa surface inférieur à 90° et présentant une conductivité thermique à 20 °C inférieure à 100 W/m. K. Le mélange comprend en outre une poudre d’un deuxième composé de renfort, en polymère, ayant une température de fusion (ou de dégradation ) supérieure à la température de fusion du polymère de la matrice.
