Abstract

Ce flotteur (2) comporte une première colonne extérieure (4) et un premier système d'ancrage (14) pour cette colonne (4) comportant une ancre ancrée au fond sous-marin, un dispositif de fixation à la première colonne extérieure (4) et une ligne d'ancrage s'étendant entre l'ancre et le dispositif de fixation. Le flotteur (2) est caractérisé en ce que la ligne d'ancrage comprend un premier tronçon comprenant une chaîne formant au moins en partie l'étendue de ce tronçon et un deuxième tronçon comprenant un câble métallique formant au moins en partie l'étendue de ce tronçon, et en ce que les longueurs de ces premier tronçons sont telles que lorsque le flotteur (2) fonctionne sous des conditions climatiques extérieures normales, ces tronçons (32) s'étendent sensiblement selon le fond sous-marin en étant sensiblement en contact avec celui-ci.
