Elle comporte une couche d'armures (16, 17) de traction, disposée dans l'espace annulaire (24) et une structure anodique (25) disposée dans l'espace annulaire (24). La structure anodique (25) comporte au moins un élément métallique anodique (40) allongé, l'élément métallique anodique (40) étant au moins partiellement non lié à chaque élément d'armure (32) de chaque couche d'armures (16, 17) présente dans l'espace annulaire (24), l'élément métallique anodique (40) présentant un potentiel électrochimique inférieur au potentiel électrochimique de chaque élément d'armure (32) de chaque couche d'armures (16, 17).
