Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un outil d'emboutissage (2) en contre-dépouille d'un bord (8) de tôle (6) de carrosserie de véhicule automobile. L'outil comprend (2) un support fixé à un bâti inférieur de presse, une contre-forme pivotante (12) configurée pour l'emboutissage en contre-dépouille d'un premier tronçon (46) de bord (8) de la tôle (6), une contre-forme coulissant de manière rectiligne par rapport au support et configurée pour l'emboutissage en contre-dépouille d'un deuxième tronçon (48) de bord (8) de la tôle (6) incliné par rapport au premier tronçon (46). La contre-forme pivotante (12) étant montée de manière pivotante sur la contre-forme coulissante (10) et est entraînée à l'aide du même boisseau (14) qui actionne la contre-forme coulissante (10). L'invention propose également un procédé d'emboutissage.
