Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un dispositif à guide d'ondes comprenant les étapes suivantes: - fabriquer une âme en photopolymère par fabrication additive, ladite âme comportant des parois latérales avec des surfaces externes et internes, les surfaces internes définissant au moins une cavité, - cuire l'âme fabriquée par fabrication additive en irradiant l'âme avec un rayonnement ultraviolet (UV) de manière à durcir ladite âme ; l'étape de cuisson comprenant : - disposer une source de radiation dans ladite cavité de façon à ce que le rayonnement ultraviolet se propage depuis les surfaces internes vers les surfaces externes de ladite cavité. L'invention concerne également un dispositif fabriqué par ledit procédé et un module de cuisson pour cuire un dispositif à guide d'ondes.The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a waveguide device comprising the following steps: - manufacturing a photopolymer core by additive manufacturing, said core comprising side walls with external and internal surfaces, the internal surfaces defining at least one cavity, - baking the core manufactured by additive manufacturing by irradiating the core with ultraviolet (UV) radiation so as to harden said core; the cooking step comprising: - disposing a source of radiation in said cavity so that the ultraviolet radiation propagates from the internal surfaces towards the external surfaces of said cavity.
