Abstract

L'invention concerne des détails constructifs de fondations-soubassements, de nature à s'opposer aux causes principales des sinistres majeurs subis par les constructions de la Réunion, (et plus généralement des sites volcaniques tropicaux et équatoriaux.) lors des phénomènes climatiques de type : cyclones, et prenant en compte les terrains pentus, les plus répandus dans ce type de sites. A savoir : Tassements et glissements de terrains. Les caractéristiques du bâtiment respectant cette invention permettent de résoudre les problèmes posés par les futurs cyclones tropicaux, dans leurs contraintes dues aux précipitations, contraintes qui se sont aggravées de 15% dans la dernière décennie. Et c'est le système spécifique d'adaptation aux sols par puits forés et pilotis liés au substrat compact par un ferraillage continu qui a permis de trouver les solutions fiables à ces problèmes primordiaux de tassements et glissements de terrains. Mais là ne se limite pas l'utilité de l'innovation proposée au brevetage.
