Abstract

L'objet de l'invention est un dispositif de production de sous-produits différenciés par pyrolyse de biomasse comprenant des moyens de stockage de biomasse (10), avec une trémie d'alimentation (10-2) en partie inférieure, un four (12) incliné, des moyens d'alimentation contrôlée (14) dudit four et un brûleur (18) émettant des gaz de combustion, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un échangeur (20), solidaire du four de pyrolyse (12), comportant : - une première entrée (20-1) du gaz de combustion du brûleur (18), à une température T1, directement issu du brûleur, avec un premier sens de circulation du premier flux, - une première sortie (20-2) du premier flux des gaz de combustion du brûleur (18) à une température T2, avec T2 < T1 - une seconde entrée (20-3) positionnée au droit de ladite première sortie (20-2), recevant les gaz de pyrolyse issus de l'amont du four de pyrolyse (12) à une température T3, - une seconde sortie (20-4) disposée au droit de la première entrée (20-1), avec un sens de circulation d'un second flux opposé à celui du premier flux, à une température T4 avec T4 > T3, - le second flux issu de la seconde sortie (20-4) étant reliée à l'aval du four de pyrolyse (12). L'invention couvre aussi le dispositif obtenu.
