Abstract

The device has a removable or non-removable upper element (2) forming a sealed intake air distributing conduit (3) with a lower element (1). A projection of the conduit on a horizontal plane is arranged along an anteroposterior axis for conveying air from a plenum (4) to cylinder head and inlet valves of an engine (12). The plenum is located at a level of an anterior portion of the conduit, and a conduit portion is positioned above a fuel injection harness (5) and/or fuel injector of the engine, where the conduit portion is formed by the two elements.
