Abstract

DOMAINE DE L'INVENTION La présente invention concerne un dispositif destiné à permettre la solidarisation et la désolirdarisation aisée d'un palier lisse ou à roulement sur un arbre, ledit palier pouvant être fixé à une paroi, ou flasque, d'une pompe notamment alimentaire. Une autre solution connue (brevet BE665412) consiste à utiliser des bagues cintrées, en acier, dont l'élasticité est obtenue par des trous et l'adhérence par des saillies agissant par clavetage par pénétration dans les parois en regard. De tels dispositifs, outre la technicité nécessaire à la réalisation des bagues, ne permettent par des démontages fréquents et finissent par se détériorer et détériorer les surfaces en contact avec dégradation rapide du pouvoir de serrage. Des dispositifs similaires sont également décrits dans les brevets DE10309787, DE916370 et EP0748944. Le dispositif selon l'invention est du type constitué : a) d'un manchon déformable apte à être intercalé entre une partie de la bague intérieure dudit roulement et une partie de l'extrémité dudit arbre ; b) d'un nez de blocage pourvu d'une bague cylindrique apte à se loger dans l'espace libre existant entre le manchon déformable, l'autre partie de la bague intérieure dudit roulement et l'autre partie de l'extrémité dudit arbre et à se déplacer dans ledit espace, sous l'effet d'une pression exercée axialement sur celle-ci, de manière à comprimer ledit manchon déformable jusqu'à l'obtention du blocage de l'arbre sur la bague intérieure du roulement. Il se caractérise essentiellement, en ce que le manchon déformable est totalement cylindrique et possède des parois interne et externe lisses, en ce que son épaisseur au repos est légèrement inférieure à l'espace compris entre l'extérieur de l'arbre et l'intérieur du roulement ou du palier lisse et en ce qu'il est réalisé en élastomère. Un tel dispositif permet un démontage et un remontage aisé du palier par simple dévissage ou revissage (quelques tours seulement) de l'écrou, autant de fois que nécessaire et ce sans le moindre effort: ni risque de grippage ou de détérioration de la jonction arbre et palier puisque la rnatière une fois décompressée, reprend son épaisseur initiale. Ledit dispositif est constitué : a) d'un manchon déformable (4) apte à être intercalé entre une partie de la bague intérieure (21) du roulement (2) et une partie de l'extrémité (31) de l'arbre (3) ; b) d'un nez de blocage (5) pourvu d'une bague cylindrique (51) apte à se loger dans l'espace libre existant entre le manchon déformable (4), l'autre partie de la bague intérieure (21) dudit roulement et l'autre partie de l'extrémité (31) dudit arbre et à se déplacer dans ledit espace, sous l'effet d'une pression F' exercée axialement sur celle-ci, de manière à comprimer ledit manchon déformable (4) jusqu'à l'obtention du blocage de l'arbre (3) sur la bague intérieure (21) du roulement (2). Selon les caractéristiques basiques de l'invention, ledit manchon déformable (4) est totalement cylindrique et possède des parois interne et externe lisses, son épaisseur au repos est légèrement inférieure à l'espace compris entre l'extérieur de l'arbre et l'intérieur du roulement et est réalisé en élastomère. Selon des particularités de réalisation cle l'invention : - le manchon élastique (4) possède un diamètre interne lui assurant un contact glissant juste sur la partie de l'extrémité (31) de l'arbre (3) sur lequel il est monté et un diamètre externe légèrement inférieur au diamètre interne de la bague intérieure (21) du roulement (2) ; - la bague cylindrique (51) du nez de blocage (5) est ferrnée par une paroi (52) qui est traversée par une vis fileté (61) solidaire de l'extrémité de l'arbre (3) et qui sert de surface d'appui à un écrou de serrage (62). Selon des applications possibles de l'invention, le palier (1) est fixé à la paroi latérale (7), ou flasque, d'une pompe, alimentaire ou non. Les repères suivants de la figure 2 désignent : - repère (8) : le moyen de fixation (vis-écrou) du palier (1) sur la paroi (7) ; - repère (9) : le joint d'étanchéité ; - repère (22) : la bague extérieure du roulement (2).
