Système d'isolation thermique pour tuyau La présente invention concerne un système d'isolation thermique pour tuyau destiné à réduire ses déperditions thermiques lorsqu'il est utilisé dans les chaufferies et les réseaux de chaleur, vapeur, eau chaude et réseaux de tout fluide thermique ou caloporteur d'usines, immeubles d'habitation et de bureaux, locaux scolaires, centres commerciaux, hôtels, piscines, centres nautiques, etc...The present invention relates to a thermal insulation system for a pipe intended to reduce its heat losses when it is used in the boiler rooms and the networks of heat, steam, hot water and networks of any thermal fluid or coolant of factories, apartment buildings and offices, school premises, shopping malls, hotels, swimming pools, nautical centers, etc ...
L'isolation est traditionnellement faite en enveloppant le tuyau par une matière isolante, protégée sur la couche externe des chocs mécaniques et de l'humidité par une coque en métal ou en matériau synthétique. N'étant pas protégé de l'humidité sur la couche interne en contact avec le tuyau, cette isolation perd son pouvoir isolant en atmosphère humide ou en cas de fuite du fluide circulant dans le tuyau (eau chaude, vapeur, ...). Ces dispositifs sont en outre difficilement démontables et rendent l'identification des fuites ou leur réparation difficile. Afin de remédier à ces inconvénients, l'invention consiste en un dispositif conçu pour isoler thermiquement un tuyau (2 et 5) utilisé dans les chaufferies et réseaux de chaleur, vapeur, eau chaude, montable et démontable rapidement sans outil, conservant les propriétés de l'isolation intacte en cas de fuite de fluide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un matelas (1) isolant souple dont l'enveloppe est constituée d'un tissu imperméable, résistant à la température de surface du tuyau (2 et 5) et lui assurant une imperméabilité (tissu de verre enduit de silicone ou autre), autant sur la face externe que sur la face interne en contact avec le tuyau à isoler (2 et 5), qui vient s'enrouler autour du tuyau (2 et 5).The insulation is traditionally made by wrapping the pipe with an insulating material, protected on the outer layer of mechanical shocks and moisture by a shell of metal or synthetic material. Ils viennent s'agripper sur des rubans auto-agrippants crochet ou astrakan (3 et 4) fixés sur les bords de la face externe du matelas isolant (1) et à intervalles réguliers (variante 3). Dans cette variante 4, le matelas (1) s'enroule autour du tuyau (2) et est fixé par des sangles (3).
