Abstract

The seat (1) has a jamb (13) guided in longitudinal translation on a mobile rail (3). An end of the jamb is connected to a locking unit (12), where another end of the jamb is equipped with a cam element (14) i.e. cam path. Another cam element (15) i.e. cam follower, is integrally connected to a front rod (9) and placed between two axes (10, 11). The cam elements are arranged such that the jamb is in a position to ensure locking of the locking unit when a backrest is in a use state. The folding back of the backrest causes a longitudinal translation of jamb to allow unlocking of locking unit.

Il est connu de réaliser un siège de véhicule automobile comprenant : - un rail fixe destinée à être fixé au sol dudit véhicule, - un rail mobile monté en translation longitudinale sur ledit rail fixe entre deux positions extrêmes, - une embase saillante vers le haut et solidaire de l'arrière dudit rail mobile, - un brancard de dossier monté en rotation en partie supérieure de ladite embase selon un premier axe transversal, de façon à pouvoir être mobile entre une configuration sensiblement verticale d'utilisation et une configuration sensiblement horizontale de rabattement, - un brancard d'assise monté en rotation par rapport audit brancard de dossier selon un deuxième axe transversal disposé entre le haut dudit brancard de dossier et ledit premier axe, - une bielle dont une première extrémité est montée en rotation selon un troisième axe transversal à l'avant dudit brancard d'assise et dont la deuxième extrémité est montée en rotation selon un quatrième axe transversal à l'avant dudit rail mobile, - un moyen de verrouillage dudit rail mobile par rapport audit rail fixe, ledit moyen étant solidaire dudit rail mobile. Seat (1) for a motor vehicle comprising: - a fixed rail (2) intended to be fixed to the ground of said vehicle, - a movable rail (3) mounted in longitudinal translation on said fixed rail between two extreme positions, - a base (4 ) protruding upward and secured to the rear of said movable rail, - a backrest stretcher (5) rotatably mounted in the upper part of said base according to a first axis (6) transversely, so as to be movable between a configuration substantially vertical use and a substantially horizontal configuration of folding, - a seat stretcher (7) rotatably mounted relative to said backrest stretcher along a second axis (8) transverse disposed between the top of said backrest stretcher and said first axis, - a connecting rod (9) whose first end is mounted in rotation along a third axis (10) transverse to the front of said seat stretcher and whose second end is rotatably mounted in a manner fourth axis (11) transverse to the front of said movable rail, - a locking means (12) of said movable rail relative to said fixed rail, said means being integral with said movable rail, said means being disposed rearward away from said fourth axis and being operable in unlocking by longitudinal traction, said seat further comprising: - a leg (13) guided in longitudinal translation on said movable rail, said leg comprising a first end connected to said locking means and a second end provided with a first cam member, a second cam member secured to said front link, said member being disposed between said third and fourth axes, said cam members being respectively arranged such that: when the file is in use configuration, said leg is in a position ensuring the locking of said locking means, - the folding of said folder causes a longitudinal translation of said leg for unlocking said locking means. 2.
