Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé mettant en œuvre du CO2 liquide comme fluide cryogénique pour transférer des frigories à des produits, procédé du type dit à injection indirecte où le CO2 liquide est envoyé dans un système d'échangeur thermique où il s'évapore, le procédé se caractérisant en ce qu'avant d'atteindre le système d'échangeur, le CO2 liquide a subi une opération de détente, à une pression choisie pour obtenir en sortie d'opération de détente un mélange solide/gaz.
