Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a puzzle shaped kangaroo and can be used in three directions: In the context of a purely playful use. In order to develop his abilities to perceive geometry in space. For therapeutic purposes as part of a re-education through work (occupational therapy session). Nowadays, most puzzles marketed are geometric shapes. This one by its kangaroo shape brings an aesthetic side to its realization. The attractive form of this puzzle makes it possible to situate it as much in the search for capacities to find a solution to a given problem as for a use of decorative order. This system made of wood, the sizes and shapes of the pieces allow the realization of a structured and stable set. This puzzle represents a kangaroo in a sitting position with his little one coming out of his marsupial pocket. One of the main features is the locking function of the system, the rear legs serving twice to lock the assembly by rotation thereof alternately. The complexity of this assembly allows use by a child of 8 years of age minimum.
The set consists of 14 pieces nested to each other.
The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents a general view of the mounted assembly. Figure 2 shows the set of different parts: The right body (mark 1) The left body (mark 2) The right back (mark 3) The left back (mark 4) The tail (mark 5) The tabs (mark 6) The right belly (item 7) The left belly (item 8) 30 The right head (item 9) The left head (item 10) 35 The right baby (item 11) The left baby (item 12) The center piece (mark 13) The arms (mark 14) The presented puzzle is made of wood. The key function of this puzzle made 40 by the hind legs of this kangaroo ensures overall cohesion of this set. The person to disassemble this set will start by turning the hind legs (Figure 2 mark 6) to release the belly of the animal (Figure 2 marks 7 and 8). The action on the baby kangaroo (Figure 2 marks 11 and 12) will cause the back of the animal back. A new rotation of the rear legs (Figure 2 mark 6) will then release the back of the 45 puzzle (Figure 2 marks 3 and 4). The withdrawal of the rear legs (Figure 2 reference 6) can then be performed. From this moment all the other pieces constituting the whole will be released. This set is a puzzle in three dimensions playing alone. The child or the adult will try to find on the one hand how to disassemble this system and on the other hand how to put it back together. The assembly thus reconstituted may outside its main use have its place in the everyday environment for aesthetic purposes.
