Claims (9)
- REVENDICATIONS 101) Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé de gazéification, de substrat contenant du carbone afin de produire un syngaz, principalement composé de CO et H2, en deux étapes : A) une première étape de pyrolyse/torréfaction des composés, en char et gaz de pyrolyse, dans un réacteur solaire micro-ondes, provoquée par un échauffement des 15 composés contenus dans ledit réacteur solaire micro-ondes grâce à une énergie thermique synergique apportée conjointement d'une part, par l'échauffement des parois du réacteur grâce à la concentration par convergence ou réflexion d'un rayonnement solaire à la surface desdites parois, et d'autre part, par des micro-ondes injectées directement à l'intérieur du réacteur et des composés, et 20 B) une deuxième étape de transformation du char et des gaz de pyrolyse, provenant du réacteur solaire micro-ondes, principalement en CO et H2, par des réactions chimiques d'oxydoréduction se produisant dans un réacteur cyclonique, ledit réacteur cyclonique permettant la formation de vortex gazeux entraînant et oxydant 25 les particules de char, grâce à la combustion des gaz de pyrolyse ou de gaz additionnel, à l'injection dans le réacteur cyclonique de gaz ou de mélange de gaz échauffés, à un échauffement des gaz présents directement dans ledit réacteur sous l'action de micro-ondes injectées directement dans le réacteur cyclonique ; 30 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un réacteur solaire micro-ondes de pyrolyse/torréfaction et un réacteur cyclonique, le réacteur solaire micro-ondes de pyrolyse/torréfaction comportant des moyens pour introduire le substrat à traiter sans contamination par un air ambiant ni rejet d'un gaz dans le milieu extérieur, des moyens pour faire progresser les substrats à l'intérieur du réacteur solaire micro-ondes de pyrolyse/torréfaction en laissant 35 circuler les gaz à l'intérieur dudit réacteur, des moyens pour l'injection de micro-ondes à l'intérieur du réacteur solaire micro-ondes de pyrolyse/torréfaction sans contamination ou détérioration de guides d'ondes utilisés pour l'injection, des moyens pour la sortie du substrat après traitement d'une manière séparée des gaz circulant dans le réacteur solaire micro-ondes de pyrolyse/torréfaction, des moyens pour l'entrée séparée des substrats et des 40 gaz dans le réacteur cyclonique, des moyens pour récupérer séparément les substrats après traitement et les gaz en sortie du réacteur cyclonique, des moyens pour l'introduction de micro-ondes dans le réacteur cyclonique sans encrassement de guides d'ondes utilisés pour introduire lesdites micro-ondes . 45
- 2) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le système d'entrée et de sortie du substrat du réacteur solaire micro-ondes de pyrolyse/torréfaction comprend des éléments tels que une sphère , un cylindre sur lequel sont disposées des cavités , le dit élément étant ajusté dans une chambre comprenant des orifices permettant l'entrée et la sortie des substrats des cavités et des filtres permettant l'aspiration des atmosphères 50 contenues dans les cavités grâce à des pompes.
- 3) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le système d'entrée et de sortie du substrat du réacteur solaire micro-ondes de pyrolyse/torréfaction comprend des 55 cyclones à double entrée tangentielle et longitudinale
- 4) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le système d'injection de micro-ondes comprend des guides d'ondes confluant avec des conduits de gaz injectant un gaz enmême temps que les micro-ondes.
- 5) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le système d'avancée des substrats dans le réacteur solaire micro-ondes comprend des vis sans fin dont une partie est 5 un écouvillon à poils et les extrémités des pas de vis constituées d'une pièce jointive.
- 6) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'une chambre de combustion du réacteur cyclonique comprend au moins un cyclone comportant à l'intérieur d'autres cyclones avec des flux communiquant entre les différents cyclones, des hélices, des 10 couteaux, des torches, des électrodes.
- 7) Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 6, caractérisé en ce que le réacteur cyclonique comprend des cyclones à double entrée, des tubes de remontée de flux entre les cyclones, des ailettes de descente de substrats entre les cyclones.
- 8) Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le système pour réaliser le vide soit une pompe solaire qui comprend des ailettes, des rotors, des tuyaux emboîtés, des corps poreux, des concentrateurs solaires.
- 9) Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le système pour réaliser le vide utilise des guides de micro-ondes, des guides de gaz, des guides mixtes, des magnétrons, couplés à un effet de Bernoulli. 25 30 15 20 35
