Abstract

The method involves arranging a central data processing server (10) to manage power supply and water supply of source points such as outlets (12-1-12-3) and taps (14-1-14-3). Measurement units (20-1-20-3, 22-1-22-3) are arranged to respectively measure quantity and time of electrical energy and quantity of fluid delivered to each point. A call is made by a user to a central server telephone number using his telephone (24), and the user is identified by the server using an identifier assigned to him. The points chosen by the user are operated for a given duration and quantity of energy/fluids. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing energy or fluid such as electricity or water, delivering method.
