Abstract

Elle concerne à cet effet un ensemble qui se caractérise essentiellement en ce que: a) le moyen apte à transférer l'énergie électrique entre la partie fixe et la partie mobile du joint tournant, est réalisé au moyen: de deux circuits imprimés multicouches dont le premier, fixe, est solidaire du châssis du moteur de site et dont le deuxième, tournant, est solidaire de l'axe dudit moteur de site; - de deux éléments annulaires en ferrite, en regard, coaxiaux à l'axe du moteur de site, traversant, chacun, le circuit imprimé auquel il est associé, aptes à constituer, avec des bobines obtenues au moyen des parties cuivrées des diverses couches de chaque circuit imprimé, un transformateur tournant; la liaison électrique de puissance par contact entre la partie fixe et la partie tournante a donc été supprimée; b) le moyen apte à transférer le signal vidéo entre le circuit imprimé fixe et le circuit imprimé tournant, est réalisé au moyen de deux antennes circulaires, en regard, coaxiales à l'axe du moteur de site, obtenues au moyen des parties cuivrées des diverses couches de chaque circuit imprimé : la liaison électrique HF par contact entre la partie fixe et la partie tournante a donc été supprimée avec, en addition,une transmission uniforme et une puissance transmise réduite; c) le moyen apte à transférer les signaux de télécommande et de télémétrie entre le circuit imprimé fixe et le circuit imprimé tournant, est constitué de deux paires d'émetteurs-récepteurs infrarouge supportés par lesdits circuits imprimés et fonctionnant en réflexion multiple sur les parois latérales intérieures d'un boîtier enveloppant ces derniers: la liaison électrique basse tension par contact entre la partie fixe et la partie tournante a donc été supprimée et les réflexions multiples font que le récepteur reçoit toujours, quelle que soit sa position, le rayon réfléchi. REVENDICATIONS 1- Dispositif de vidéosurveillance comprenant: a) une caméra (1), équipée d'un objectif de focale fixe ou variable, mobile en site au moyen d'un premier moteur (2) et en azimut au moyen d'un deuxième moteur (3) ; b) une potence (4) assurant la liaison orthogonale des axes (Y) et (X) desdits moteurs entre eux; c) un joint tournant (5) comprenant une partie fixe et une partie tournante ainsi que des moyens aptes à transférer respectivement, entre lesdites parties, l'énergie électrique, le signal vidéo et les signaux de télécommande et de télémétrie; caractérisé en ce que le moyen apte à transférer l'énergie électrique entre la partie fixe et la partie mobile du joint tournant (5), est réalisé au moyen: a) de deux circuits imprimés multicouches dont le premier (5a), fixe, est solidaire du châssis du moteur de site (2) et dont le deuxième (5b), tournant, est solidaire de l'axe (Y) dudit moteur de site; b) de deux éléments annulaires en ferrite (6a) et (6b), en regard, coaxiaux à l'axe (Y) du moteur de site (2), traversant, chacun, le circuit imprimé auquel il est associé, aptes à constituer, avec des bobines obtenues au moyen des parties cuivrées des diverses couches de chaque circuit imprimé, un transformateur tournant.  1- CCTV device comprising: a) a camera (1), equipped with a fixed or variable focal length lens, mobile in site by means of a first motor (2) and in azimuth by means of a second motor ( 3); b) a bracket (4) providing the orthogonal connection of the axes (Y) and (X) of said motors to each other; c) a rotary joint (5) comprising a fixed part and a rotating part as well as means able to transfer respectively, between said parts, the electrical energy, the video signal and the remote control and telemetry signals; characterized in that the means capable of transferring the electrical energy between the fixed part and the moving part of the rotary joint (5) is achieved by means of: a) two multilayer printed circuits, the first (5a) of which, fixed, is secured to the chassis of the site engine (2) and whose second (5b), rotating, is integral with the axis (Y) of said site engine; b) two ferrite annular elements (6a) and (6b), opposite, coaxial with the axis (Y) of the site engine (2), each passing through the printed circuit with which it is associated, suitable for constituting , with coils obtained by means of the copper parts of the various layers of each printed circuit, a rotating transformer. 2- Dispositif, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément annulaire (6a), solidaire en rotation du circuit imprimé fixe (5a), est monté coulissant sur ledit circuit imprimé et est maintenu au contact de l'élément annulaire (6b), solidaire du circuit intégré tournant (5b), au moyen d'un ressort de poussée (10).  2- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the annular element (6a), integral in rotation with the fixed printed circuit (5a), is slidably mounted on said printed circuit and is kept in contact with the annular element ( 6b), integral with the rotating integrated circuit (5b), by means of a thrust spring (10). 3- Dispositif, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen apte à transférer le signal vidéo entre le circuit imprimé fixe (5a) et le circuit imprimé tournant (5b), est réalisé au moyen de deux antennes (7a) et (7b), circulaires, en regard, coaxiales à l'axe (Y) du moteur de site (2), obtenues au moyen des parties cuivrées des diverses couches de chaque circuit imprimé.  3- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the means capable of transferring the video signal between the fixed printed circuit (5a) and the rotating printed circuit (5b) is achieved by means of two antennas (7a) and ( 7b), circular, opposite, coaxial with the axis (Y) of the site engine (2), obtained by means of the copper parts of the various layers of each printed circuit. 4- Dispositif, selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen apte à transférer les signaux de télécommande et de télémétrie entre le circuit imprimé fixe (5a) et le circuit imprimé tournant (5b), est constitué de deux paires (8a,8b) et (9a,9b) d'émetteurs-récepteurs infrarouge supportés par lesdits circuits imprimés et fonctionnant en réflexion multiple sur les parois latérales intérieures d'un boîtier (11) enveloppant ces derniers.  4- Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the means adapted to transfer the remote control and telemetry signals between the fixed printed circuit (5a) and the rotating printed circuit (5b) consists of two pairs ( 8a, 8b) and (9a, 9b) of infrared transceivers supported by said printed circuits and operating in multiple reflection on the inner side walls of a housing (11) enveloping them. 5- Dispositif, selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (Y) du moteur de site (2) entraîne directement en 35 rotation la potence (4).  5.
