Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination de la position d'un élément anatomique (12) d'un patient (10) consistant à déterminer, à un instant initial, la position de l'élément anatomique à partir des positions de points anatomiques (14, 16, 18) caractéristiques du patient ; disposer, sur la peau du patient, un dispositif de repérage (30) fixe par rapport à l'élément anatomique ; déterminer la position du dispositif de repérage, l'élément anatomique étant sensiblement à la position déterminée à l'instant initial ; déterminer la position relative de l'élément anatomique par rapport au dispositif de repérage ; recouvrir, au moins partiellement, le dispositif de repérage d'au moins un champ opératoire ; et déterminer la position du dispositif de repérage recouvert au moins partiellement dudit au moins un champ opératoire et en déduire la position de l'élément anatomique.
