Abstract

The connector has a protective pipe (1) threaded on ends of two tubes (2, 3) to be jointed. Two flanges (4) are threaded on the tubes by adjoining the pipe with the flanges. Tight joints (7) are housed in grooves (8) divided between the pipe and the flanges, with one lateral side of the groove held by the pipe and other side held by the flanges. Tie rods (5) extend from one flange towards another flange surrounding the pipe.
