Abstract

The device has a compartment with an inclined base (A) which holds the product. The compartment is closed by a lid (G) and contains a rake (K) which is used to push the products through a calibrated opening (B) and into a cylindrical part (D). A blade (C), moved manually by the user, directs the products into a chute (E) and out of the device. The cylindrical part is inclined upwards towards the chute so that it is higher than the opening. The device is made in rigid transparent material.

Description

DESCRIPTION * The present invention relates to an apparatus made of transparent material
rigid, can be placed in self-service and allows
the user to use without direct contact with the product
remaining inside, a desired amount of dried fruit,
dry cookies or confectionery.

* The distribution of these products is traditionally carried out
using a box by unloading upwards and a small
shovel, which requires the user to have direct contact with
the remaining product, which creates hygiene and
rotation, it is also performed with a device equipped
a coin or token system. What does not allow to adapt
its use to serve products with sticky tendencies.

* The device according to the invention overcomes these
disadvantages.

* It indeed has according to a first characteristic a base
inclined allowing the sliding of the products in a part
cylindrical which itself is inclined in the other direction.

* This cylindrical part having a chute at its end
right allows using a small claw pallet to recover
the product individually by moving the palette from left to right.

* So when the user moves the palette from left to right
the pushed products fall into the chute and can be
recovered in a bag or in any box.

* For products with a sticky tendency, the palette allows using
of its claws to hang them in order to be able to pull them and
push them into the chute.

* The device is equipped with a rake-shaped instrument (K)
allowing to stir products with a very sticky tendency and
thus facilitate the intervention of the reserve compartment without having
to open it.

* The device is filled manually by opening
the cover (J) placed above. Unloading being done
downward it ensures 100% product rotation without
special handling.

* According to preferential modes of use the device can be
realized with a tilting and reverse unloading system
from right to left or from left to right, which makes it possible to offer
manipulation for left or right handed.

* The inclined base allows to recover 100% of the content of the device
without direct contact with products.

* The device can be used alone or be installed in series on
a vertical or horizontal support.

* During a series installation on a vertical support the

* With reference to these drawings, the device includes

let the products circulate easily.

* The pallet (C) actuated on the cylindrical part (D) by
the user offers very simple handling by allowing
take and direct a specific quantity of products in
the chute, thus completely preventing the user from having
direct contact with the products remaining in the device.

* According to a variant not illustrated, the surface of the light (B)
may have a size appropriate to that of the products to be
distribute.

* The whole realization allows to keep a visibility
maximum of the selected products.

* The device according to the invention is particularly intended for
distribute dried fruit, biscuits and confectionery
sticky or not.

Claims (3)

1) Device for distributing biscuits, fruit  dry or confectionery with a sticky tendency or not and  without the user being able to have direct contact  with the remaining products inside characterized in  what it has a reserve part with cover (J)  and instrument (K) in which the base is inclined (A)  to cause the products to slide into the part  cylindrical (D). The products slide into the part  cylindrical in which the pallet (C) is located  operate by the user manually; so the palette  hangs the accessible product and directs it in the  chute to take it out of the device. 2) Apparatus according to claim 1) characterized by  following points  - 1) The reserve part allows to store and protect  products against dust or others.  in a specific place.  - 2) The inclined base (A) forces the products to slide  in the cylindrical part.  - 3) The light (B) controls the descent of the products  a) hang, b) push.  - 4) The scratching palette has two specific functions:  determined.  - 5) The cylindrical part (D) at an inclination  - 6) The chute (E) is placed higher than the light. 3) Apparatus according to claim 1 characterized in ce.que  the assembly constituting the apparatus is made of  rigid and transparent and offers a possibility  precise use while keeping a perfect  protection and visibility of selected products.
