Abstract

  We have developed a series of arrangements of various constitutions to connect a roller shutter or a louver whose panel is formed by the slats, guided in lateral guide rails and comprising a protective mesh against

insects.

  In one of the known types of roller shutter arrangements, the insect protection mesh is guided like the panel formed by the slats inside the lateral guide rails of

Significantly improved protection against unwanted insect penetration is obtained by roller shutter arrangements in which the individual slats of the panel are guided in lateral guide rails which are separated from the lateral guide rails for guiding the protective mesh against insects, the latter being disposed between the guide rails of the panel formed by the shutter and the window or door opening which must be covered by the latter. Such solutions are described for example in the documents

In the rolling shutter arrangement according to document DE-B-39 36 343 is provided at the lower end of the insect protection mesh a weight rod whose weight is chosen so that all the friction forces which appear in the lateral guide rails of the insect protection mesh can be surmounted so that an automatic and completely regular unwinding of the mesh is possible when its winding cylinder is released, and that its winding is carried out on this cylinder sufficiently tight that it results in a narrow winding over a very small diameter. Roller shutter arrangement with insect protection mesh, comprising a panel of slats moving in lateral guide rails to close a window opening, which can be wound on a winding cylinder in a roller shutter case located above the guide rails, and comprising a flexible insect protection mesh which can be rolled up on another winding cylinder, at the end of which is fixed an end strip guided also in lateral guide rails and whose movement of movement in its lateral guide rails can be controlled independently of that of the panel formed by the lamellae from the internal side of the window opening, characterized in that below the guide rails (4, 15) is fitted a window sill (5) comprising an upper cover plate (9), that the winding cylinder of the protective mesh against insect (6) is arranged in the form of a spring cylinder (7) preloaded towards the winding below the cover plate (9) and is covered by the shape of the window sill (5) towards the outside of the window opening (2) and also downwards, that the insect protection screen (6) is guided below the cover plate (9) as well as by a return element (13) towards the end strip (8) and that a device (20) is provided, by means of which the end strip (8) can be locked or unlocked in its position when the wire mesh protection against   the insects (6) is completely raised.   2.
