Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un principe de combustion associé à un principe de construction permettant de s'adapter à un fourneau ou à une chaudière à bois, charbon, sciure, copeaux en fonte ou en acier, avec ou sans réfractaire. Ce principe comporte un dispositif de préchauffage d'air primaire qui amène cet air au travers d'une chambre de préchauffage - 3 - jusqu'au dessus de la grille de combustion -11- et sur toute la périphérie de celle-ci, supprimant en même temps tous risques de circuits préférentiels grâce à une virole - 7 - descendant dans le tube foyer - 8 - juste au-dessus de la couche en ignition, cette virole étant solidaire à la partie supérieure d'une collerette - 8 - qui repose sur une collerette - 9 - solidaire elle-aussi du tube foyer lui-même. Pour le passage de cet air, la collerette -7- comporte un passage et des entretoises -6- qui tiennent écartées les deux collerettes. A partir de ces dispositifs, l'air primaire est aspiré dans la gaine -7- par la zone chaude de la grille, qu'il traverse avant de s'échapper par la cheminée. La grille de combustion -11- est amovible et peut être à combustion inversée -11- ou à combustion semi-directe - -. Cet air primaire, pris à l'extérieur du fourneau, est ainsi réchauffé utilement avant son arrivée sur les braises en ignition, améliorant ainsi sensiblement le rendement de l'appareil.The present invention relates to a combustion principle associated with a construction principle making it possible to adapt to a furnace or a boiler with wood, coal, sawdust, shavings in cast iron or steel, with or without refractory.
