Abstract

The fishing adaptor consists of the reel (5), holding the line within a cylindrical casing (1). The casing forms a housing enabling the reel of fishing line to be located within it. It also carries a pincer grip (2), moulded in one piece, and which enables the housing to be secured on the fishing rod (7), between two of the line guides.The housing (1) has around its periphery, a series of anti-return ratchets (12), which prevent the reel from coming out of the housing, whilst allowing its free rotation, when it is required. An opening (3) in the peripheral surface of the housing allows the fishing line to be fed through the opening, through the pincer grip and then to the line guides.

Description

 The present invention relates to a device serving as a wire tensioner of a spool of fishing line.

 The winding of this fishing line on the drum of a reel is traditionally carried out by stretching this line by wedging it, using a hand, against the fishing rod and letting the reel of wire unwind by ground or being held by a third person. There is a risk of injury to the hand due to overheating due to the rapid passage of the wire through it. This could also create knots due to the excessive unwinding of the spool on the ground or loops at the level of the reel drum.

 This can monopolize a third person for this operation or a tool other than the fishing rod.

 The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks. I1 comprises, in fact according to a first characteristic, a circular lost package serving as a housing for a spool of fishing line, which has a large central hole for hanging it and on its periphery a clamp represented by a portion of tube open over its whole lon -gueur on the top allowing its nesting on a fishing rod between two wire guides thereof.

 Perpendicular to the axis of this clamp, the package has an opening close to the edge of the latter so that the line can come out of the package and can be accommodated between the clip and the fishing rod. thus being seized, is tense when pulled.

 The circular periphery of the packaging has non-return pawls which prevent the coil from coming out of it when it is integrated therein.

 The packaging thus ensures the function of reel from which the spool of fishing line will not be able to exit but still allows its free rotation.

can be carried out by a classic elastic band which is positioned around the box after having housed the fishing reel therein, or by an axis forming part of one of the two flanges pinching the reel of net being housed in the orifice central of it.

 With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a circular box (l) serving as housing and lost packaging for a spool of fishing line (5). A large orifice (4) appears in the center of its only flat face (6).

 Tangent to the circular shape of the case (1), appears a piece of pliers (2) having the shape of a portion of tube with a wide slot (8) on the top and on all its length - gue allowing to fit the case (1) on a fishing rod (7) between two wire guides.

 The case (1) and the monobloc clamp (2) are only one and the same piece.

 The housing (1) has, near the clamp (2), an orifice -ce (3) whose axis is perpendicular to the axis of the pin -ce (2).

 The clamp (2) and the housing (l) can be made of plastic in a single injection molding operation.

 The wire spool (5) fits in the case () by em -boitage in non-return pawls (12); which allows it to rotate in the case 69) ~ without-out.

 These non-return pawls (12) are part of the housing (1) and are also obtained by injection molding which allows the device according to the invention to be obtained.

 According to a first variant, illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4 of plate 2, the device according to the invention is a fishing accessory and not a lost package. Therefore, the spool (5) of fishing line must be held in the housing (1) by a conventional elastic (9) which surrounds the housing (I) after having housed the spool of wire (5).

 According to a second variant illustrated by FIGS. 5 and 6 of plate 3, the device according to the invention is a fishing accessory composed of a stirrup (13) integral with the clamp (2) and having two flanges (10) of which one of them has an axis (11). The two flanges (10) of the stirrup (13) are separated so as to pinch the spool (5) of fishing line, which acts as a brake on the unwinding of the line and makes it possible to stretch when it is pulled. The unwinding of the wire is done by rotation of the spool (5) around the axis (11).

 The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the unwinding of a fishing line coming from a reel.

 The monobloc clamp (2) has a width such that it can accept different widths of spool (5) of wire thanks to its closed shape which can pinch all these widths and thanks to its manufacture in flexible and resistant material.

Claims (8)

 1) Device for unwinding while stretching a fishing line from a spool of wire and going to a fishing reel drum characterized in that it comprises a cylindrical case (1) comprising a housing for accommodating a reel of fishing line (5) and a monobloc clamp (2) allowing the casing (1) to be fitted onto a fishing rod (7) between two of its wire guides.  2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the housing (l) serves as lost packaging for the spool of wire (5)  3) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the housing (1) has on its circular periphery non-return pawls (12) which prevents the coil (5) of wire from coming out of the housing (1) but which allows its free rotation when it is housed there.  4) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the housing (1) serves as a reusable fishing accessory comprising a rubber band (o) for holding the spool (5) of fishing line in this housing (1) when she is staying there  5) Device according to claims 1, 2, 3 and 4 characterized in that the housing (1) has an or51ce (3) for the passage of the fishing line.  6) Device according to claims 1, 2, 3 and 4 characterized in that the fishing line leaves the housing (1) through the orifice (3) and comes to be housed between the fishing rod (7) and the clamp ( 2) in such a way that this pinch acts as a brake for the wire when it is pulled.  7) Device according to claim 4 characterized in that the fishing accessory is composed of the one-piece clamp (2) and a stirrup (13) composed of two flanges (1G), one of which has an axis (11) which tighten and center the wire spool (5) respectively.  8) Device according to the claims 4 and 7 characterized in that the one-piece clamp (2) is wide, closed and flexible for gripping and holding coils (5) of several widths.
