Abstract

The dispenser, e.g. for a sample of a perfume or cosmetic cream product, consists of a container (3) for the product inside a housing, and a series of sheets of material (4) which have a sample of the product applied to them before they are dispensed one at a time from the housing. The dispenser can be operated electrically, mechanically or manually, e.g. by a lever connected to a cam which actuated a pump on the container and a pusher (5) which dispenses a sheet of material with the product sample applied to it. The sheets can be of paper, for example, for a perfume, or of thin PVC for a cream product.

The present invention relates to a media distributor on which a fluid has been deposited, when distributing it to the user.

This operation is traditionally carried out manually, for example using a perfume bottle of which a few drops are spilled on a blotting paper support in order to smell the latter. It is also unhygienic when it comes to the user trying a cosmetic product such as a cream, having to use the same jar as other users.

The device according to the invention makes it possible to eliminate the manipulation of the support and of the bottle by replacing it by the simple action of a command, and to provide a support loaded with a fluid more quickly and at the time of its distribution and without human intervention. risking polluting it.

The device comprises a housing provided with a control (2), a distribution opening and a supply opening. Inside the housing is a fluid reservoir (3), a sample loader (4), and a mechanical assembly (1) ensuring its operation.

 A control lever connected to a mechanism (1) comprising - an axis of rotation, - a cam which will actuate by pushing the metering pump, - a transmission axis used to move the distribution rake of the support, - a return spring returning the latter in its initial position after having been fully maneuvered in one direction.

This control can be replaced by any system known as an electric or pneumatic control.

 A rake (5) fixed on a translation guide, which will push the sample outside the dispensing opening.

 A rechargeable charger making it possible to store a large quantity of supports, and making it possible to receive supports of different shapes such as for example the silhouette of a bottle, and of different natures such as for example paper supports to be loaded with a liquid fluid, or PVC supports to be loaded with creamy fluids.

A spring system ensuring a pressure of the first support chronologically to be distributed, on the end of the charger. This spring can be replaced by any known system, such as for example a counterweight system.

The operation of the device is as follows
When the user lowers the control lever, it actuates at the same time: - The pump via the pressure of the cam, which will send via a hose a dose of fluid on the support (Plate 2).

When the user releases the lever to grasp the support, the lever returns to its initial position thanks to the return spring, and the supports remaining in the magazine shift towards the end of the magazine, using the force coming from the spring system (Plate 1).
