Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour maintenir le mât d'un parasol fixé à une table qui peut être soit une table de jardin ou de café munie d'un orifice destiné à recevoir un parasol soit une table de pique-nique dont le plateau est constitué de planches assemblées en laissant entre elles un interstice suffisant
Pour les tables de jardin ou de café, la fixation de parasol est traditionnellement effectuée à l'aide d'un support lourd et encombrant ,disposé au sol , recevant l'extrêmité d'un mât supplémentaire préalablement introduit dans l'orifice prévu au niveau du plateau de la table. A ce mât supplémentaire est fixé le mât du parasol. Pour les tables de pique-nique décrites ci-dessus, il n'existe aucun moyen de fixation. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients en ce qu'il dispense de l'utilisation d'un mât supplémentaire et du support lourd et encombrant à disposer au sol
Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, une douille, destinée à recevoir le mât du parasol , placée verticalement sur un plateau, le plateau supérieur, dont elle est solidaire . Ce plateau supérieur est percé en son centre de manière à former l'écrou de serrage d'une tige filetée fixée à un plateau inférieur indépendant . L'introduction de cette tige filetée dans l'orifice destiné au passage du mât supplémentaire d'un parasol d'une table de jardin ou de café, ou même, de tout interstice suffisamment large et résultant de l'assemblage des planches d'une table de pique-nique permet la fixation et le serrage,dessous la table, du plateau inférieur au plateau supérieur placé dessus la table lequel est solidaire de la douille recevant le mât du parasol . Les deux plateaux disposées dessus et dessous la table formant étau dont le serrage est obtenu par vissage de l'ensemble douille plateau supérieur à l'ensemble tige filetée plateau inférieur rendent dispositif de l'invention solidaire de la table et autorise donc la réception d'un parasol.The present invention relates to a device for holding the mast of a parasol fixed to a table which can either be a garden or cafe table provided with an orifice intended to receive a parasol or a picnic table whose tray is consisting of assembled boards leaving a sufficient gap between them
For garden or cafe tables, the parasol is traditionally fixed using a heavy and bulky support, placed on the ground, receiving the end of an additional pole previously introduced into the hole provided at the level from the table top. To this additional pole is attached the parasol pole. For the picnic tables described above, there is no way of fixing. The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks in that it dispenses with the use of an additional mast and the heavy and bulky support to be placed on the ground.
According to a first characteristic, it indeed comprises a socket, intended to receive the mast of the parasol, placed vertically on a plate, the upper plate, of which it is integral. This upper plate is drilled in its center so as to form the tightening nut of a threaded rod fixed to an independent lower plate. The introduction of this threaded rod into the orifice intended for the passage of the additional pole of a parasol of a garden or coffee table, or even, of any sufficiently wide gap resulting from the assembly of the boards of a picnic table allows the fixing and tightening, below the table, of the lower plate to the upper plate placed above the table which is integral with the socket receiving the mast of the parasol. The two trays arranged above and below the vice-forming table, the tightening of which is obtained by screwing the upper bushing socket assembly to the threaded rod lower tray assembly, make the device of the invention integral with the table and therefore authorizes the reception of an umbrella.
