Abstract

The liquid container, which can be emptied without sudden discharge, comprises a casing (1) for holding the liquid which has a pouring opening (2) in its upper surface (3). A hollow handle (4) communicates through one of its ends (8) with the casing interior. The casing is extended at the pouring opening by a cylindrical tube section (5), an annular transverse circular section chamber (6) with a longitudinal trapezoidal section and a cylindrical neck (7). The tube section provides a liquid passage cross section less than that of the cylindrical neck which is also less than the annular chamber cross section. The handle is connected radially to the annular chamber such that, during emptying, the liquid flows through the lower parts of the chamber and the neck. The chamber and neck upper parts remain free of liquid to allow passage of air.
