Abstract

The subject of the invention relates to a trigger mechanism device for underwater weapons with separate arming and release of firing which is also designed to make the axis of the bolt coincide with that of the index finger of the firer. It is characterised by a firing release mechanism consisting of a firing trigger 7 pivoting about its axis 1 and retaining on the shoulder 17 the escape lever 8 which is located above the bolt. The rest position is provided by return springs 4 and 5. Arming takes place by tilting the catch 9 about the axis 3. Its object is to give the firing trigger extreme flexibility of command, to improve substantially the instinctive firing and to prevent any untimely release.
