Abstract

The object of the invention relates to an automatic dispensing device for bread rolls. It consists of a magazine formed by a double rotating drum 1, 5 with a cell structure 3, 4 for positioning and separating 6, 7 the individual rolls and an aperture 13 for dispensing 12 the rolls individually. It is intended for storing and keeping the bread rolls clean and for allowing them to be dispensed individually.

Description

 The object of the invention relates to an automatic distributor device for bread sticks.

It is intended for the storage, free from dirt, of the baguettes of bread and to allow their distribution by unit.
It is known to distribute quantities of foodstuffs and even balls of bread, but until now it has not been possible to distribute long breads, called baguettes or flutes or the like by keeping them in their vertical position and at a temperature appropriate.

 The device according to the invention allows the storage of a quantity of rods and their extractions per unit, while making it possible to maintain them at the desired temperature in order to avoid spoilage of the product.

 It is made up of a for 'store. by a double rotary drum with alvéclage positioner and separator of the units of rods and opening of distribution by unit.

 Figure 2 is an elevational view of a distributor store.

 The device consists of a central rotary drum 1 forming a capacity 2 in which the drive devices, the controls, the coin-operated devices are mounted and, depending on the applications of the heating or cooling elements.

 This drum carries vertical, radial fins 3, 4 and others forming partitions and separating alvecles positioning the flutes vertically.

 A second rotary peripheral drum 5 forms a partition separating the series of concentric alveclages 3, 4 from its own vertical separating fins 5, 7.

 A fixed outer casing 8 completes this assembly and forms a circular protective casing with opening 13.

 The drums have a removable cover 9 and a fixed bottom 117 on which the ends of the rods rest.

 I1 constitutes a circular sliding ramp and is provided with a notch corresponding to that of the drum 5.

 The outer drum 5 has a notch 11, to allow the extraction of the loaves, while the outer casing 8 is provided with a receiving chute and a distributor 12 placed under its notch 13.

 The cover 9 is removable and the filling of the cells is carried out from above.

 The rods 1 /, 15 and the like rest on the fixed bottom 10. The chute receives the bread and is provided with a retaining element 16 to prevent it from tilting forwards and with a bottom 17 to avoid falling onto the ground.

 The central space 2 receives thermal or refrigeration equipment according to the uses to keep the baguettes in good condition in the event of long storage.

 Coin acceptors and microprocessors according to the devices known in the art complete this equipment.

 It is specified that this device formed by @ two concentric drums closed in a watertight manner and rotating by pulses ensure both protection against pollution, external dirt and the preservation of the flutes out of all external contacts and during indefinite ternps with thermal conservation depending on the applications.

 The extraction by unit is facilitated by the double notch 11, 13 being provided that the notch 11 is placed facing the notch 13 of the casing 8 only when the magazine of the first concentric drum 1 is empty.

 The dispenser 12 has a bottom with slight drop 17 so that the extracted bread 18 blocks the movement as long as it is not removed from its dispensing hopper.

 Any other means that can be used for this purpose.

 This is why the shapes, dimensions and arrangements of the various elements may vary within the limit of the equivalents, as moreover the materials used for their manufacture without changing for this, the general conception of the invention which has just been described.

Claims (2)

 1 Automatic device for distributing baguettes of bread intended for storage free from dirt and before for the purpose of ensuring the distribution by unit of protected and conditioned baguettes characterized by the combination of a central rotary drum (1) axially forming a capacity (2) and carrying externally radial fins (3, 4) forming a honeycomb positioner for the rods, then a second central rotary peripheral drum (5) constituting a cleisonne ment to the concentric drum (1) and also comprising vertical radial divisions t, i and with distributor notch (11) and finally a fixed circular envelope with opening (13), the upper part being closed by a removable cover (9) and the bottom constituted by a fixed surface (10 ) forming a sliding ramp with notch (19).  20 Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the movable cover 9 allows the filling of the magazines or drums 1, 5 and the extraction through the distribution openings (11, 13 with pants comprising retaining elements ( 16) to avoid the forward cauter and a double bottom (17) to allow the lowering of the rod (18) to facilitate its gripping, its sliding and to immobilize the rotation as long as its extraction is not carried out.  30 Device according to claims I and 2 characterized in that the capacity 02; receives drive equipment, thermal elements, control microprocessors and coin acceptors and other known operating equipment.
