Abstract
Procédé d'obtention de supercarburant à partir d'une coupe d'hydrocarbures à 4 atomes de carbone, en provenance d'une unité de reformage ou de craquage catalytique, dans lequel la charge est soumise à une réaction de déshydrogénation dans une zone 7, l'effluent issu de la zone 7 est envoyé dans une zone 10 d'oligomérisation sélective de l'isobutène ; le mélange obtenu à la sortie de la zone 10 est fractionné en : - un gaz léger contenant de l'hydrogène issu de la colonne 12, ce gaz est en partie recyclé vers la zone 7 ; - un mélange gazeux contenant du propane issu de la colonne 17 ; - une fraction essence supercarburant issue de la colonne 20 par la conduite 21 et envoyée au réservoir supercarburant 22 et une fraction contenant du n-butane, de l'isobutane et des n-butènes que l'on envoie par la suite 23 dans une zone d'alkylation 24. L'effluent issu de la zone 24 est fractionné dans la colonne 27 en une fraction n-butane-isobutane que l'on recycle par la conduite 28 à la zone 7 et en un alkylat constituant une coupe essence supercaburant que l'on envoie par la conduite 30 au réservoir supercarburant 22. On recueille par la conduite 31 un mélange des deux fractions envoyées au réservoir supercarburant qui constitue la coupe essence supercarburant recherchée. The effluent from zone 24 is fractionated in column 27 into an n-butane-isobutane fraction which is recycled through line 28 to zone 7 and into an alkylate constituting a high-fuel gasoline cut that through line 30 is sent to the premium fuel tank 22. A mixture of the two fractions sent to the premium fuel tank which constitutes the desired premium gasoline cut is collected through line 31. (CF DRAWING IN BOPI)
