Abstract

The nappy (1) has a watertight pocket (6) fixed to one of its extremities. After use the soiled nappy is rolled up and put into the pocket, which is turned inside out, to prevent staining and smells. Reusable adhesive tapes (5) are fixed to the sides of the nappy, at the same end as the pocket. These are used to hold the nappy in place during use and to close the pocket containing the soiled nappy. The pocket is made during manufacture and is integral with the nappy. USE/ADVANTAGE - The disposable nappy can be kept in a watertight pocket until it can be conveniently disposed of.
