Description
La présente invention concerne un appareil destiné à la cuisson ou au réchauffage de portions alimentaires individuelles, par ébullition ou friture, pour la restauration. Traditionnellement le matériel de restauration est prévu pour cuire des quantités importantes d'aliments regroupant plusieurs portions qui sont cuites ensemble puis divisées et réparties (Fait-tout, friteuses, auto-cuiseurs, etc...). Quelquefois (cuiseurs à pâtes) des paniers individuels sont glissés- dans des paniers collectifs, dispositif permettant de séparer des articles différents mais imposant une durée de cuisson commune et unique. Quand, pour palier cet inconvénient, les paniers sont placés successivement à des instants tl t2 t3 etc... il devient vite impossible de savoir pour chacun d'eux à quel moment tl' t2' t3' etc... la cuisson se termine. Il comporte un bac rectangulaire dans lequel est alignée une série de paniers de capacité égale à une portion. A l'extérieur du bac, au droit et au-dessous de chaque panier, se trouvent des voyants lumineux qui permettent de suivre l'évolution de la cuisson : après introduction de l'aliment à cuire, un voyant de couleur verte s'allume et indique que le décompte du temps de cuisson est commencé. Quand celle-ci arrive à son terme, un voyant de couleur rouge s'allume à son tour et avertit l'utilisateur que l'aliment est prêt.
