Abstract

The invention relates to a product for the chemical/biological treatment of animal excrement, such as that which is described and claimed in the main patent application. It is used as a product for the treatment of waste water and contains, in order to do this, at least one of the three enzymes: batinase, amylase and lipase. The substrate essentially comprises sodium sulphate.

Description

The present invention is an improvement made to the chemical-biological treatment product for animal excrement which is described and claimed in the application for main patent No. 90 01796 filed on February 9, 1990 in the names of the present applicants.

The product described is essentially composed of a mixture of bacterial cultures, enzymes and living yeasts and of a support such as a mixture of sodium chloride, calcium carbonate and colloidal silica.

The bacterial cultures used are strains of Bacillus subtilus, the enzymes of the batinase and amylase strains and the living yeasts are, for example, Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains.
It has been found that such a product can also be used as a product for the treatment of domestic wastewater.

In this new application, in order to improve its efficiency, a third type of enzyme has been provided which consists of strains of lipase.

In addition, so that it is suitable for this new application, the support is advantageously and mainly constituted by sodium sulphate instead of sodium chloride and calcium carbonate.

Its composition is as follows: bacterial culture Bacillus subtilus from 0.5 to 10% amylase enzymes from 0.5% to 10% batinase enzymes from 0.5% to 10% lipase enzymes from 0.05% to 5% stem yeasts Baccharomyces from 0.5 to 10%
calsbergensis sodium sulfate from 62% to 97% colloidal silica from 1% to 3%
According to another characteristic of the invention, it contains only two types of enzymes among amylase, batinase and lipase.

According to another characteristic of the invention, it contains only one type of enzyme among these enzymes.

The doses of use are between 20 and 30 kgs for 3 1000 m of used water to be treated. It is added to domestic wastewater present in the settling reserves of existing treatment facilities.

In order to obtain a good result, it is preferable that it be distributed homogeneously. To do this, it is possible, if necessary, to set up a mixing and stirring system, the latter treatment being able to be carried out temporarily or continuously.

A typical composition for a preparation with a total weight of 100 kg is as follows: bacterial culture Bacillus subtilus 0.25 kg amylase enzymes 0.6 kg batinase enzymes 4 kg lipase enzymes 0.05 kg stem yeast Baccharomyces 2 kg
calsbergensis sodium sulphate 91 kgs coiloidal silica 2.1 kgs
