Abstract

The structure according to the invention comprises a base (1) made from material which is elastically extendible in at least one preferred direction of stretching (2), and on which are fastened strips (3-6) of barely extendible material arranged transversely with respect to the preferred direction of stretching (2) on the outer face of the base.
