Abstract

The invention concerns a conveying system constituted by an Archimedean screw whose thread has the essential feature of bending without breaking. This screw is constituted by a central shaft 1 serving as a support for a helical thread 2 made of synthetic rubber or latex or synthetic foam or teflon (trade name) or felt. This helical thread is entirely independent of its central support over its entire length except at its two ends where it is fixed by means of nuts. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the conveying of pharmaceutical tablets and bottle stoppers or caps.
