Une pièce 1 (figez 1) en forme de collier est munie de lames flexibles 2 et 3 réparties axialement autour dudit collier. Les lames 2 sont dotées d'une courbure dont le centre est situé à un niveau N2 de leur hauteur ; de même le centre de courbure des lames 3 est situé à un niveau N1 distinct du premier.
