Abstract

Pencil storage box 1 made from semi-rigid plastic, containing a cellular device for separating in radial compartments 4 and a device for protecting leads 6, with a dispensing cover 8 which can rotate about itself and which is held in place by simple pawl-type engagement 2, the base 10 of the box thus formed being screwed 3 for a possible dismantling for cleaning the central hollow part 5 used for receiving the waste from sharpening pencils using a pencil sharpener 11 glued in the internal part of the base 10.

Description

DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a round multifunctional storage box for crayons, protective box for crayons with the palette of the choice of colors in front of them.

 More particularly intended for the industry of colored pencils and intended to replace the traditional flat iron box offering no guarantee of protection and maintenance of mines.

 This round semi-rigid and transparent plastic box allows vertical storage of the pencils to be used. According to its design, vertical tabs (4) separate each pencil from its neighbor, holding each one separately, securely in place. The cover (8) provided with an outlet (9) allows by Simple rotation on itself to extract the chosen pencil. The protection of the pencil lead in the storage box is ensured by a concentric ring (6) on the inner round part (5) on which the cut end of the pencil comes to rest on the wood and leaving the mine in a vacuum.The interior recess of the box constituted by the part (5) is used to receive the cuts of wood executed to refresh the mines, by means of the pencil sharpener (11) fixed on the cover (10 ) lower screwed on the outer part (1) in its lower part of the round box.

This round semi-rigid plastic box protects the pencils from occasional shocks, allows transparency to have the direct choice under the eyes, protects the mines by its internal concentric ring, serves as a receptacle for the residues of the pencil sharpener located on the cover inferior. It is made up of four parts:
- An outer part (1) made of transparent semi-rigid plastic accepting any shocks supports the internal separation spokes (4) of the pencils, as well as an outer clip ring (2) in its upper part necessary for the rotation of the cover 88 ) and its (I) keeps in place. This outer part also has at its base a thread (3), fixing the bottom (10) supporting the pencil sharpener.

 - An inner part (5), hollow, is stuck in the outer part 1) and is automatically centered by the protective spokes (4) in the upper part and by the concentric ring (6) in the lower part, on which the pencil tips will come to rest.

 - A cover (8) in which is pierced an orifice (9) allowing the extraction of the selected pencil, is encased in force on the external clipping groove (2) which thus holds it in place while allowing it to rotate on it even.

 - A screwed base (10) supporting a pencil sharpener (11) allows by simple disassembly to access the cleaning of waste. The pencil sharpener (il) being accessible by its orifice (12) from the outside of the box, it is thus easy to work the end of the pencils without dismantling the base.

1) Storage and protection box for 9 colored pencils characterized by a round construction (1) in semi-rigid plastic containing storage cells formed by spokes (4) for separating the pencils and a concentric internal ring (6 ) to the storage cells, allowing the cut end of the pencils to be pressed to protect the mine. 2) Storage and protection box for colored pencils characterized by an upper cover (8) with clipping groove allowing the encasing of the rod (2) for its maintenance and its rotation. 3) Storage and protection box for colored pencils characterized by an internal recess serving as a reserve for pencil sharpener waste (11).
