Abstract

a. L'invention concerne une prothèse pour l'articulation de la hanche. b. Prothèse caractérisée en ce que des plaques en forme de demi-coquilles, reliées rigidement avec la partie centrale de la prothèse sont vissées avec le fémur, ces plaques s'appliquant sur les surfaces médiale et latérale du fémur, et en ce que la partie en forme de col de la prothèse est serrée par le vissage, avec une force bien déterminée, sur toute la surface de résection.
