Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un équipement pour l'utilisation du jus de fumier dilué. a. On traite à la chaleur le jus de fumier dilué en chauffant au minimum à 80 degrés C, de préférence à une température comprise entre 95 et 105 degrés C, puis on refroidit entre 40 et 30 degrés C. b. On prépare un milieu de culture à partir du jus de fumier dilué traité à la chaleur, de biomatières et/ou d'au minimum un sel inorganique azoté et/ou précurseur de vitamines soluble dans l'eau. c. On ajoute au milieu de culture un alcool ayant de 1 à 3 atomes de carbone, de préférence du méthanol, ainsi que des boues dégradées contenant des impuretés organiques et obtenues surtout au cours du traitement des eaux usées urbaines, ainsi que dans certains cas du jus de fumier dilué traité à la chaleur, et on obtient par fermentation du mélange un inoculum. d. On ajoute au jus de fumier dilué traité à la chaleur l'inoculum, ainsi qu'un alcool ayant de 1 à 3 atomes de carbone, de préférence du méthanol, ainsi que, dans certains cas, du milieu de culture, et on fait fermenter le mélange à une température comprise entre 26 et 38 degrés C. e. A partir du jus de fermentation obtenu au cours de la fermentation on sépare la biomasse. Application notamment au jus de fumier dilué de porcs.
