Abstract

La rotation du plateau est assurée par une croix de Malte entraînée par un moteur tournant alternativement à des vitesses différentes, afin de prédéterminer, avec des transmissions adéquates, le rapport choisi entre le temps d'arrêt nécessaire de chaque poste de travail et le temps de son déplacement Les moyens prévus pour effectuer un positionnement invariable et rigoureusement répétitif de chaque poste de travail sous l'outil sont constitués par une butée réglable pour chaque poste, un cliquet, tournant avec le plateau, s'engageant sur la butée et un vérin exerçant sur le plateau une pression contraire à son sens de rotation afin d'appuyer le cliquet sur la butée à chaque arrêt. Applications: machines-outils rotatives pour usinage ou contrôles répétitifs.
