Abstract

The appts. applies cleaning liq., as required, and also provides a brushing action to remove dirt and stains, previous to washing or dry cleaning. It may be used industrially, or in the home. An electric motor drives a revoling brush with or without reduction gearing. The motor also drives a cam which compresses a piston to suck liq. from a container and feed it to the brush. The brush is surrounded by a splash-flap, and a beater is provided for stubborn staining.
