Abstract

Procédé de surveillance pour appareils sonores et ultrasonores lors du soudage, du rivetage, de l'alésage et du brasage de pièces. L'amplitude des oscillations produites par l'électrode 3 de l'appareil est détectée sans contact, et après le démarrage de l'oscillateur 1, 2 de l'appareil, l'amplitude prélevée est transformée en une grandeur de surveillance électrique U correspondante, et affichée dans un voltmètre 13, cette grandeur de surveillance U étant comparée à des valeurs limites réglables inférieures et supérieures UU , UO qui correspondent aux valeurs limites de la zone optimale de l'amplitude sonore, et un signal de défaut est délivré en cas de dépassement des valeurs limites inférieures et supérieures.
