Abstract
Le procédé conforme à l'invention se caractérise en ce que : a) on fait circuler le mélange gazeux dans une zone de réaction définie par un trajet des composants réactifs contigu à, parallèle à, et limité par une surface de substrat; b) on dépose, de préférence, un produit de réaction provenant d'un composant plus réactif du mélange sur une partie de la surface venant plutôt en contact avec le mélange gazeux; c) on dépose, de préférence, un produit de réaction provenant d'un composant moins réactif du mélange sur une partie de la surface venant plus tard en contact avec le mélange gazeux; et, d) on déplace la surface du substrat dans la zone de réaction suivant une direction parallèle au trajet de circulation afin d'obtenir une variation de la composition du revêtement le long de l'épaisseur de celui-ci quand le substrat émerge de la zone de réaction.The process according to the invention is characterized in that: a) the gas mixture is circulated in a reaction zone defined by a path of the reactive components contiguous to, parallel to, and limited by a substrate surface; b) preferably depositing a reaction product originating from a more reactive component of the mixture on a part of the surface coming rather in contact with the gas mixture; c) preferably depositing a reaction product from a less reactive component of the mixture on a part of the surface which later comes into contact with the gas mixture; and, d) moving the surface of the substrate in the reaction zone in a direction parallel to the flow path in order to obtain a variation in the composition of the coating along the thickness thereof as the substrate emerges from the coating. reaction zone.
