Abstract

N-(1-Cycloalkyl-2-pyrrolidinylmethyl)-2-methoxy-5-(sulphamoyl, sulphonyl, sulphinyl, mercapto, chloro or 1-benzamide derivs. of formula (I) and their salts as the racemates or enantiomers are new. In (I), n is 1,2,3 or 4; R is -SO2-NR1R2, -S(O)m-R3, halo or CF3; R1, R2 independently are H or 1-4C alkyl; R3 is 1-4C alkyl and m is 0,1 or 2. Used in treatment of psychosomatic and psychic disorders (depressive states and psychoses) by oral, rectal or parenteral admin. in daily doses of 5-300mg.
