Abstract

Procédé pour la fabrication de tube dans lequel on enroule autour d'un mandrin support au moins une couche de matières humides, puis on élimine l'eau en excès et enfin, on sèche le tube formé, caractérisé en ce que l'on place le mandrin recouvert de sa feuille humide sur une toile d'égouttage sans fin au niveau et au-dessous du point de contact d'au moins deux cylindres rotatifs sur lesquels passe la toile sans fin puis en ce que l'on applique progressivement le mandrin recouvert contre ces deux cylindres rotatifs de manière à essorer l'eau en excès à travers la toile d'égouttage. L'invention concerne également un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé Application envisagée : fabrication de tubes carton pour l'industrie électrique.
